All the facilities were fantastic except no bath which was initially requested.

I didn't get a bath as requested.

Good location for visiting family in the area. Secure car parking. plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children in studio apartment. Kitchen separate from bedroom Plenty of storage

Stairs could be a problem if you had mobility issues

fair price-to-quality ratio - it is not central London and it is not a luxury apartment, so price was OK responsive communication when on site fully equipped kitchen quite good choice of local shops and restaurants around good public transport connectivity - it takes approx. 40-50 minutes to get to central London

communication with property was good when on site, but before arrival it was really difficult to obtain information about late check-in procedure and get instructions to get the keys the apartment we stayed in was equipped with double bed and bed sofa; the bed was OK, but bed sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sleep the cleanliness was not on the level one could expect, i.e. stains on bedsheets, dust on furniture, some fragments on the carpet in living room; to be fair-bathroom and kitchen were clean furniture (wardrobe, bed sofa, table, chairs) was slightly worn out

The staff and care of the people managing the apartments exceeded our expectations. We had an issue with the first apartment and they the next day changed it for us to make sure that as a family our experience and comfort is taken care of. I would give 10/10 to Customer service from the booking, front desk to cleaning staff. Just for that it is worth going back again even if have to sleep on bare floor.

There could be a bit more due diligence on certain small things when it comes to maintenance and cleanness. I.e. the cleaners do an excellent job but apartment radiators could be professionally steamed/air blow cleaned for dust sitting between radiators and and wall. Also the space between window frames. The dust over time accumulates there and not easy to see unless one is living there so a little more eye for detail could make it perfect. Similarly some mattresses may need to be replaced sooner then later and one will only know if sleeping on them.
