Well situated and response very quickly

This was a disaster. The host failed to make contact with me except by email which asked me to call a number. I called that number several times and got no answer. I wasn't able to get the exact address of the property or to locate the host and could not get access. Utter waste of time and money. How is this any different from a scam?

Troubles with my room initially but quickly resolved. No issues otherwise

The staffs correspondence can not be faulted, but we did not like anything about the room. The shower was reasonable water pressure.

- This is not a luxury apartment. The title is very misleading. It’s a very small room in what looks to me like an old council house terraced block filled with other rooms. - The room was very small for 1 small double bed & 2 childrens camp beds.We felt packed together like sardines. There was no space to walk around after we brought the luggage in. We had to climb over luggage to get to the bathroom. - The beds are flimsy, and feel bad quality. We didn’t sleep well. - There is no AC. Just a small fan that we couldn’t get working. - The shower door did not open fully and was broken and rolling off the roller if opened more than halfway.. - We couldn’t get the tv working (It said no signal). - The ‘kitchen’ is a tiny wierd area that got built in between the tiny ensuite bathroom. The build quality looks like a bad DIYer made it. - The ‘oven’, microwave and fridge are all running from one long extension plug connected to a single 16a socket. Which is not only dangerous but I believe to run the oven one would need to disconnect the other plugs. - We couldn’t get the oven or microwave working. I assume something to do with everything trying to run from one 16a plug socket. Maybe the previous tenant tripped the electric. The apartment is not fit for purpose and the price tag £200 a night is ridiculous. (In my opinion we got scammed on this room). We felt like crying when we arrived.

The stuff was friendly however finding the property proved to be difficult to locate as updated pictures of property were not provided and the outside of property had been painted a completely different color which caused confusion.

It was smaller then it looked in pictures said could accomated 5 but realistically only 4 as sofa bed was not big enough for 2 people.

The place was very clean and well managed. The staff was very responsive a d helpful. The location was also great. Very close to the tube station.

To be honest there wasn't anything that one would really not like. Everything was as described.

Affordable for London - however you definitely get what you pay for

Not so much an apartment but a tiny room. Room wasn’t clean, two towels were provided for three people, not enough bedding was provided for the sofa bed and that which was, wasn’t clean. Toilet was blocked and outside of property was littered with rubbish, including an overflowing bin shed. Moved to a hotel for the second night as the standard was so poor.
