Excellent clear communications from start to finish. Accommodation was spotless and well thought out with lots of additional thoughtful extras and ideal location for the underground. Would recommend.

Was a little noisy, but that was down to the inconsiderate neighbours, I must make myself clear, that it had absolutely nothing to do with the accommodation itself.

Room a bit cramped n difficult to manoeuvre because there were two double beds squeezed into a small space. Cleaners had forgotten to change towels which was immediately replaced once host was contacted. Unfortunately renovations ongoing in another part of building so constant knocking n drilling which I was assured would end soon. Other than that it is clean n close to underground ( literally a minute from Redbridge station) n having facilities like washing machine tumble dryer n parking was a plus point

I ordered a one-bedroom apartment. When we arrived at the accommodation, the STUDIO was waiting for us, not a ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT. We complained about the apartment to the host, he did not acknowledge our complaint, because he hid the information about the Studio in his message after booking the accommodation. This is very confusing. If I had known that I was booking a studio, I would never have booked the apartment. In addition, the studio was connected to another apartment by a locked door, through which everything could be heard. The privacy was completely violated and we did not feel safe.

The renovations made the apartment feel fresh. It was great having a dryer.

The apartment didn't have blockout curtains making the room to bright at night, specially when when the sensor light went on. A small stove or even an electric skillet would have been an awesome addition. The green exit sign was way too bright for the room. I understand it might be a safety requirement but I don't think that light is appropriate for a room. Maybe replacing one of the double beds with a sofa be is be better idea to take advantage of the room space

Noise proof not the best

The worst experience in my life . I was woken up by the noise of the washing machine (laundry room next to my flat). There was work being spread out in the flats next to mine (which they own). I was woken up at 8am by the noise of the coat. I do not recommend It was horrible I love booking and I never had any issue with the hotel but this one was the worst experience ever . I'll take a picture of it from my window

Drain in shower wasn't very good. Electrical sockets in room were quite problemmatic for charging a phone.

Location is great, bathroom is very clean, the room is clean, plates, spoons, forks, etc are available, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer are available

There was a construction dumpster filled with dumps in front of the apartment, dirty construction boots in the whole way in front of our apartment door, the corridor is too narrow, it doesn't allow two people to pass through side by side. Bed sheets and cover look wornout, there is no cooling air conditioning, only fan is provided.

Unfortunately due to ongoing renovations and beyond host's control there were some minor issues with cracks and leakages. Tumble dryer was not working properly but was reassured that issues will be sorted out. Room was a bit cramped and hard to manoeuvre two big suitcases because two double beds practically covered the whole apartment. As a couple we would have preferred one double bed but there was no availability.

Very near to Underground Station.

Building work going on, started first thing in the morning. This appears to have been happening since at least March of this year. Free parking is NOT guaranteed - Big skip on forecourt, yellow lines across the road where we had been told we could park.Luckily,the builder allowed us to park in a space next to the skip. Green light over door very annoying. Nowhere to sit other than 2 high stools. Was very hot weather when we were there but due to proximity to the busy road and the building work, did not feel we could open the windows. The shower was very slow to drain so could only have very short shower to avoid the tray overflowing. The duvet was stained. At one point, the hot water went off. We emailed the host but got no reply. The water did eventually come back on. The apartment was generally well-appointed but certainly is NOT luxury. Could hear everything going on in the adjoining appointment through what appeared to be a locked connecting door.

Close to the tube station. Powerful shower. It had netflix. Check in easy.

This is NOT a luxury 'apartment'. It is an ordinary small bedroom with a small kitchenette. It was not particularly well looked after although you could see they had tried. There was nowhere comfortable to sit. It was right on a busy main road therefore very noisy. The other rooms were also noisy. It was boiling hot inside even though not hot outside but unable to have a window open due to the noise. The advertised off street parking was not available so we had nowhere safe to leave our motorbikes. This was one of the reasons we chose it but there was no reduction in price for this service being unavailable. They said there was easy free parking in the street but there was not. It was a very busy road with limited parking due to there being so many rooms in this block and a parade of shops. It was advertised at £45 but then they added fees bringing the total to £91 whilst still showing total as £45, which was a complete rip off. We could have rented a much nicer room in central London for this price. The double bed was the smallest double we've ever slept in. It had a nylon sheet on it which made it very sweaty and uncomfortable Do not recommend and would not stay again.

Top appartment, small but well equiped and modern. Great location only a few meters from Redbridge underground.

Great location. Close to red line subway. The owner is very nice and supportive. We came earlier at 2 pm and she allowed us to check in when the apartment was ready.

The kitchen is not fully equipped yet. Our room (2 adults and 2 kids) didn’t have a cooking stove hence We can’t make fried egg for breakfast. If it has a cooking stove, it is perfect!

highly recommended , I'll be staying again. It was clean, comfortable and felt like home. Location was also really good from food and transport view 👍

Location...2 min to Redbridge tube Easy communication with the host. Comfy beds and are enough to stay with two small kids. Everything you need except stove but who needs it on a visit to London.

Less space in room. There is no place, or a stand to place jackets or wet towels. I could not find even a brom to do little cleaning. If you like to sleep in dark, then its a trouble sleeping. I think it's emergency light that's in constant charge with green light :(

the property had a large skip outside so made it hard to locate.

the fact the apartment next door had a young family living next door and through the connecting door I could hear the family and young child very clearly

we liked the tv and the Netflix on it.The wifi was very good and the beds were comfortable.

the beds were not cleaned properly when we came because there was lots of hair on it.It was very loud because there were workers outside of the apartment doing some work on the walls.It was a bit cold in the morning.There was no stove and oven

The window is very old and fitted very badly (noise coming through the frame)glass is broken with lots of large cracks and a whole, , very noisy and not safe, at night very loud as cars and other noises distracting to have a sleep Bedding is very dated / old This is not a luxury apartment
