Very clean place, had good facilities and was quite modern. Sam and the team were great with communication and made sure our stay went smooth especially.

That I could stay with my family in one place.

The apartment was dirty, we sent pictures via what's app and they said we would recieve a partial refund which we haven't recieved. They took £300 deposit which took 5 days to get back after our stay. The apartment was dirty with hairs and crumbs everywhere. Me and my husband had no bedsheet so stay on the duvet all night. Wouldn't stay here ever again. The room is completely different to the pictures on advert also different floor and coloured walls

look very hard to operate. no communication with staff etc.

- very clean and spacious apartment - well furnished - easy to find parking spots - next to Redbridge station - quiet place - nice garden to relax Thank you for your support during the whole stay. We will come again! :)

Everything was fine!

Firstly I must thank Maz and team for being so accommodating and upgrading our apartment to meet our requirements - appreciate it! The hosts made our stay as comfortable as possible and kept open the lines of communication at every step. The children absolutely loved the spacious apartment, especially the outdoor space - which was perfect during the evening. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and would definitely book with them again as we had a fantastic stay! Also happened to meet the owners who we had a lovely chat with and they were kind enough to suggest lots of local delicious places to eat. Many thanks once again guys!
