Communication was first class - I had booked 5 apartments with different dates. It was complicated but manager was extremely helpful and kept in touch. Very helpful All 5 apartments were beautiful and spotlessly clean

Very clean and well.maintained apartment. More spacious and much warmer than I expected it to be.

Only improvement could be a newer/firmer mattress. The bed was lovely, but I found the mattress slightly to softand springy.

The lady from the reception, Mădălina, was kind, very profesional and helpful. The apartament was excelent.

the staff were very friendly and supportive. the flat was clean and it has an amazing view. the location was close to many supermarkets and shops.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

We could not check-in after 18.00, therefore we had to get a code. The process to get this code took a lot of effort from my side, I had to call twice after paying already. Also, using the code to get the key was a bit complicated. Not very customer friendly.

Room was clean. Facilities in room was OK. Good shower with hot water.

The bathroom sink plug was blocked entire time. Could not unblock. I had to keep emptying water into toilet myself. Nobody at reception to ask about it. TV picture was terrible - could not be fixed.

Good localization, good connection to the city by Elizabeth line. Cleanliness and good service.

Complicated shower water heater - it was difficult to control the temperature of the water. Too few hangers in the wardrobes.

Residents smoking next door and our room was heavily polluted with smoke. Upsetting because we only book non smoking buildings and this clearly was not. When I asked to change room due to me having heighten sensitivity to strong smells including perfumes and air fresheners , the staff felt like it would be still sufficient to just hand me an air freshener. This really spoilt the experience for me. Also I didn’t appreciate the little bugs in the bathroom all in the sink and the floor, made me feel uncomfortable because they were constantly returning had to keep cleaning and couldn’t lay my toiletries out. Couldn’t open the microwave without lifting it into a position due to it been contained in a small cuboard in the kitchenette. Also had to take the kettle from the kitchen over to the floor next to the bed to boil due to no electrical points in the kitchen n had to also do this to use the toaster, so it was a little awkward. Needs a re think or some sort of long corded 3point electrical extension. Also I was told there would be a sofa in my apartment only to find 2wooden chairs no sofa. Not much cooking accessories I had to buy some item from the local shop to use for cooking which I left for the next victim’s lol .

Parking only 2min walk - train 10min walk - shops nearby - quiet area - would definitely go back again!

Without air conditioners it was really hot and unfortunate to stay in the apartment during the day without a solution by the apartment maintenance company owed 300 pounds security with a credit card !!!! Beyond the payment for the apartment. There is a sign above the sink that must not leave unclean dishes otherwise they will charge up to 150 pounds !!! Do not recommend!
