Breakfast varieties were good enough with comfy seating, property in a very good location, Raffles City Mall is just downstairs to enjoy our shopping time, MRT station is just few steps away, easily to approach other areas in the city. Staffs were very friendly & helpful especially miss Nancy Li who helped us a lot during the check-in time and afterwards. We made a good choice.

just one hair dryer was provided in a 2 BR apartment and no ironing tools were found inside the rooms, suppose this is a must in a service apartment, have to improve.

The location is very good and easy to reach out to any destination when i stayed in Shenzhen especially in Nanshan district.

The coffee machine was broke when i firstly used it then it took little time letting the staff to change another one. So if they could check all facilities before guests arrived that would be better.

Overall pretty good - it's a fully equipped apartment, with cups, plates, washing machine etc. Very good for long stays. Has a small golfing green on the roof. Good location, can walk to some great restaurants. Loved all the English-language TV channels.

Wifi username/password didn't work and our parking wasn't validated when we left. We had to call in to get reimbursed by the property. Overall I think the price is slightly higher than what you'd expect.

Just the best staff. Helpful, fast, polite. Fun room service robot that the kids loved. The pool is awesome, the breakfast quality, and easy to find lots of stuff around the hotel.

The hot tub wasn't all that hot.

Surrounding area seemed like it was still developing. The Raffles city mall was very convenient however

I liked everything about the hotel... the location was good, people were polite and friendly, ambience was fantastic, and there were a lot of english movie channels... couldn't ask for more!

I would have preferred a more varied breakfast offering.... there were too many local options and very few continental/american options..

I don't know why somebody rated this place 1.5stars out of 5, which absolutely confusing people...This service apartment is probably one of the best in China... Connected to Raffles Shopping mall (so no concern about rain at all... you got everything you want to relax, food, massage, spa, haircut, etc) and have all the facilities that hotel has: safe, indoor pool, sauna, gym, kid playground, iron staff, etc.. spacious place (100sqm for 2 bedrooms + 2 restrooms), clean and new with quite good view. Friendly and professional staff. Again, this is a service apartment.... you get the same condition in 5 stars hotel at tripled price. Pictures from the website are definitely real...
