I regularly stay at this hotel, reason cleanliness and comfort and for me its location is a plus point.

Staff's are still the same. The management needs to look into hiring more efficient staff.

The rooms are modern and generally clean. The sheets are comfy and the bed is very clean. There is a pool and the water isn't too cold.

The staff are not very friendly/nice - there was one man at the front desk who gave me helpful recs and the guy carrying my luggage was friendly but the rest of them were not. I checked in for my own room and my husband was taking a flight earlier than me so he wasn't staying in my room, he was just going to spend 3 hours in the room with me before his flight but they tried to charge me an extra $50 for him to hang out in the room for 3 hours with me. I had to argue with them in order to not be charged this ridiculous fee. Additionally, I asked for water to be replenished the next day (I had a 2 day stay) and they said they would bring it up, but no one ever brought it up and housekeeping never cleaned my room. It was also impossible to reach the front desk from my room phone number because it was either busy or disconnected. I had transportation arranged to go to the airport and it was on time and the driver was fine but he insisted that our international flight was at a different terminal when I told him the correct terminal number and he dropped us off at the wrong terminal. I also got a massage there for "stress relief", but the massage stressed me out because it was rushed, in a hotel room with a phone ringing and the massage was forceful. The phone in my room was dusty and certain parts looked like they weren't thoroughly cleaned. There is also nowhere near there to go to for coffee/food/etc.

Clean and serene environment with very friendly staff

I had a good time. The icing on the cake was the time I had in the SPA with Therapist Jane. She did a fantastic job.

Check out time 10am - is too early.

Hotel staff were amazing. Any request / question were fulfilled. Room was clean and bed was vey confutable. Had a very nice dinner at the place

There was some construction during my stay , which mage noise I wish they didn't start that erly in the morning and wake me up. WIFI in the rooms isn't stable , coming for work it made a little bit hard to work.

The restaurant food was tasty

Well situated for visiting Nairobi National Park, very close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms. Lively, buzzy hotel, nice restaurant with helpful staff.

Restaurant was fairly busy/lively in the evenings (good for atmosphere, and I always got a table, so no problem there) but the groups can be a little noisy if you like a quiet place.
