Bathroom is neat, clean, smelled good.

Bedroom didn’t smell nice.

It served my plan really well. I had a flight to catch and planned another location. It helped me complete the program well. The people helping us were warm and friendly. The area might seem aloof and it is an apartment turned rooms, if nobody is there it could feel a little lonely. But it is safe for women and elders. Rooms were new and clean. Easy access from Shamshabad bus stand. Food also served, eateries Udipi Uphar nearby. Airport drop was arranged at a fair price. Overall definitely value for money and recommend it.

Cigarate smoke smell in common areas like halls

Location was pretty far from city since it is close to airport we had to choose... It was very difficult to find the location initially... Food was not available and staff asked to check outside..

Wifi was only working sometimes. The rooms smelled like paint. Very trashy surroundings.

I don't know how you rate the hotel at 8 star review. Based on booking.com star rating I booked the hotel. It's not even a hotel but apartment converted to. (Can't even name it as service apartment as it was too below thoseandards too). Bedsheets torned. Location poor. Anything ordered from kitchen will take 90 min. (Simple tea too). What they call it as breakfast included- they serve you 2 vadas and one katori of Pongal. (No tea or coffee with it).
