Everything is very outdated and old . Someone had to come in and fix the toilet as it wouldn’t flush

Staff were helpful

Dirty sheets, hair in the bed, no soap, no towels. It took the night staff 20 minutes to turn on the water.

spacious space for a roof studio , we absolutely loved it . pool was clean , garden is really nice

a very nice cost place ideal for families with kids kids can be running around in the yard all day playing great apartments with everything you need amazing Wi-Fi which may be an issue in Egypt all in all if you are looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay with your family, that’s the one staff are really friendly - ready accommodate your needs at a moment’s notice we’ve decided to stay for a couple of months - loved the place :)

The apartment is beautiful , swimming pool was clean , so far everything was perfect . there is a su-er market within 1 minute walking and we found everything we needed there . Thanks to the kind staff who helped us finding the nearest restaurants and cafes

location was good as regards to distance from the airport ,and from the main boulevard and local shops also the carfore supermarket was ideal easy access to main road for taxi and on the main bus route into the town centre , set in a lovely complex with 24hr surveillance within a secure setting with green areas and palm trees with a lovely area around the pool to relax after being out for the day , and evening well lite areas to come back into your apartment we felt safe and secure at all times , a big thankyou to all your sfaff as nothing was too much trouble .

First impression is that the cleanliness was a bit below par , especially the cooker and worktops between the units there were food deposits left in the cracks between the worktops and the worktops felt greasy and not wiped down with a suitable detergent ,the cooker igniter did not work and we had to buy a cigarette lighter the next day , the place looked in need of refurbishment ,there were water leaks in the kitchen and bathroom areas and to be fair he did get a plummer out to sort out most of it , the equipment is functionable but should be upgraded as it has been well used . Several taxi drivers did not know where it was even the one from booking . com did not know
