Facility like Airport shuttle was listed on Booking portal but was not available. Seemed like a let down.

Rooms are claustrophobic and for some reason they keep on switching off AC in night

The location was excellent. The staff was courteous and even allowed me an early checkin which I really appreciated. The bed was comfy and I just loved the view from the 8th floor.
The air conditioner didn’t work. I set it to 22 degrees and even after a stay of close to 22 hours it stayed at 26 degrees and didn’t move even one point. Considering it’s a four star hotel, I expected better, but since my stay was too short, I didn’t bother much.

Nothing, except few team members telling sorry for every situation. Only the hostess at the restaurant was excellent.
Security and valet team was really helpful.
Housekeeping service is prompt.
They spoilt my entire stay, the front desk has absolutely no idea about reservations. DM mobile goes unanswered and not even replying to messages. ( I have a proof of it)
Whatever the team promised, they themselves broken. Old proverb...promises are meant to be broken.
1)Double occupancy room with one towel
2) no tea spoon or stirrer in room
3) Restaurant - after waiting for 30mins, one person came and told we have to wait again for 30mins. However the hostess was very prompt and address our issues
4) No senior Manager was present...neither during breakfast nor during dinner time, many guests started complaining. And poor staffs have no answer to it. I have noticed that for good 45 mins no senior member came to attend the frightened guest.
5) Birthday cake sent , without candle and match box , later it was sent by 20mins delayed
( Even after repeated messages - failed to deliver in time) Front Desk Manager tried to assist us a lot, but unfortunately couldn't. Appreciate his gesture atleast.
6) Asked for 1 hour late check out which was agreed by Front Desk Manager, but again started getting calls for departure from 12noon.
7) Booked as half board, reservation team and DM straight away denied stating only breakfast is included. When I insisted, they told me to share the voucher. Even after sharing they denied to honour. But at last the manager called almost after 5 hours and got this sorted. (Thanks)
8) Suggestion : do not keep bath mat on top of the bed for doing towel art. ( However really appreciate the art work done by the housekeeping team)
Please do not consider this as a complaint, it's my honest feedback which I can prove.
Atleast I will never return to your property in future.
I still wish the team a great success in future

The hotel was in a good location.
The staff are very helpful , kind , responsive .
The food in the restaurant was really good .
The bed size was really small the look and finish in bed room is not to the standards

Had a great stay. Rooms were well maintained and clean. housekeeping and others staff in the hotel are very responsive.
I thought there was a swimming pool in the property but it didn’t
