This b&b is in a quiet location, south of Oxford, easily accessible by car from all main routes. We were able to park in the driveway and take a bus into the city. The owner very kindly supplied us with helpful maps. Our twin room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. A variety of cereals, fruit, toast and croissants were provided for breakfast.

Nothing could be improved.

Beautifully presented property with great facilities. Our room was spacious and the bathroom and shower one of the best we have stayed in. The breakfast room was a delight and the breakfast offering a great start to the day. Siti made us very welcome and was a great host during our stay, delivering our eggs prepared as requested with a smile each morning. While a suburban location the bus into Oxford is only a few steps away. Great value for money.

We had a great stay at the BnB in Kennington. The hosts treated us very kindly and the breakfast was excellent. We also received good tips for nice places to eat and how to spend time in Oxford.

The Oxford B&B was fabulous, great location for getting into Oxford. Bryan was so welcoming, excellent map and tips about where to eat, local pubs and bus routes. Everything you could want for a stay.

Location really good. Easy to catch a bus into Oxford. We also walked in along the river which was really nice. Quiet location, no passing traffic. Had use of kitchen at all times so could use this to have a meal in the evening if we wanted to. Breakfast was fine. Stand alone shower which I prefer, rather than one in a bath. Welcomed on arrival and given lots of useful information and maps.

Welcoming and friendly owners. Helpful advice given. The guest house is in a quiet location, a short walk from the village and the local pub. Comfortable and well decorated rooms with a separate seating area provided.

The bus service from the village to Oxford in the morning was very good. However people should be aware that the late afternoon and evening service cannot be relied upon.

Bryan and Siti are excellent host and the property is a gem. They want out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyed our conversations with them. Breakfast kitchen was lovely and well stocked. Quiet village just before Oxford itself.

If you're looking for 5 star hotel with 5 star facilities pls move on. If you're looking for a no frills, safe, clean and nice environment, then this is the place to be. The hosts were friendly, kind and helpful. Their home is clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is simple but it worked for us. I would definitely stay back here again.

We got the top floor (which is kinda like an attic) so the roof was sloped. We kept knocking our heads at various corners, and we're not very tall. If you're tall I'd recommend you get the rooms at the lower floors. 😂

The people who ran the b&b were very friendly and very helpful they told us what bus to catch to go into Oxford and gave us some maps of the city.The bus stop was 2mins walk away.The b&b was in a great location 10 mins on the bus into Oxford centre. The breakfast was very good.The room was very nice also .
