Location was excellent with beautiful views of bay and rock. Embarcadero was right outside our condo within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Floor plan of condo very comfortable especially with 2 baths.
Living room furniture needs replacement or deep cleaning, barbeque grill and pots and pans need replacement. Otherwise very much enjoyed our stay.

Easy to follow check-in instructions. Friendly neighbors. Clean and cozy condo. Everything we needed was already there for us. Perfect location to walk and enjoy the Embarcadero.

The property is in a great location with easy access to the harbor area with all the shops and restaurants. This was our first trip to Morro bay and we wouldnt want to stay anywhere else when we return.

4 night stay for a couples relaxation getaway. We rarely left the premises. Everything was within walking distance if need be. The awesome view was constant. Seals, otters and luckily a quick view of the young whale across the bay. Ice cream, coffee/cocoa, freshly made cinnamon rolls and baked goods a few steps from the room(s). American/Mexican food walking distance.

Enjoyed watching wildlfife from the condo & great sunsets. Very comfortable and good kitchen setup. Only negative was the very low water flow from all faucets & shower - probably not something the owner has control over.

Very clean bay front condo with absolutely amazing views of the bay and Morro rock. Condo was well stocked with pots/pans and cooking utensils. The king size bed was very comfortable. Condo is located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I look forward to staying here again.

Right on the bay and right in the heart of the Embarcadero. Perfect view, nice place, cinnamon rolls right next door for breakfast. Loved everything about this place and will definitely return.

the apt was very comfortable and clean , loved that it had 2 baths! so hubby and I each had our own space, excellent! The management was also excellent , they responded very quickly and took care of any issue. And very polite as well.
we dealt often with Vacasa on previous rentals, and they were terrible (Vacasa) compared to this management.
We loved the state parks nearby and did many beautiful hikes with wildflowers.also many side trips. the garage was safe and convenient. We did not dine out once!.

My wife and I stayed at this property for a 4 day getaway, and it was excellent! The view is the best! The bedroom is furthest away from the waterfront, so it is quiet for sleeping which we both appreciated. Plenty of kitchen supplies and utensils as we did a bit of our own cooking and baking. We will definitely stay at this property again!

This was a great rental in a perfect spot so that we could enjoy the view and walk everywhere. My only complaint is the driveway and garage - very tight for parking and maneuvering. Otherwise very clean and lovely place to spend our vacation.

Excellent location. Though it's in the hustle & bustle of Morro Bay, you'd never know it. It's incredibly quiet and peaceful with beautiful bay views from your private deck. It's nice to have a secure garage. You can walk to shops & restaurants and never have to drive. The space is large, equipt, & clean. My only complaint is the bed wasn't comfortable.

Great location. We had everything we liked to do within walking distance and the beach was just a short bike ride away. The condo was very clean and it was great to hear the barking of the seals .

Very Pleasant Stay
Property was as advertised. Bed as comfortable, views were great and the outside patio provided a close-up view of the bay with it's moored sail boats, kayakers, and seals and otters.
