Too old without renovation. Dirty with smell of cigarette. I need to change room to 2920. No dustbin in toilet. The plug socket for fixing hair dryer is broken. Amenities in toilet is less. The wooden drawer below the washing basin is hard to close. So we had to call them for fixing.

前3天安排的房间1708离员工电梯很近，晚上有明显的噪音影响睡觉，且1708房间明显较其他房间偏狭小。这是我提前写了入住需求并且入住时提出了安排安静房间的情况下，前台的安排无法让人理解，甚至充满了故意，我非常不满意。 此外，我还是Marriott多年的会员。总之，失望透顶❗

Amazing location, relatively friendly staffs, helpful in times of need.

The carpet flooring in the bedroom.

Close to one of the central metro lines, easily accessible. The interior is worth a modernization though the hotel is professionally managed and impeccably clean. It was worth the price.

Having just read a few other reviews, and someone complaining, I am surprised. I scored the hotel at 8, but in its price range it was absolutely wonderful. If Juan was offended by a staff member, I can only wonder how Juan was behaving to solicit that? Truth is it's a very fine hotel.

It is very accessible everywhere and good spacious rooms. Very good housekeeping. Front desk was fast too.

No washing machine. The only thing that is lacking to make the hotel perfect

near to Shanghai railway station

the person at the entrance was really rude! I asked question about where to pick up a delivery and he was impatiently pointing to somewhere I was not sure of. the attitude is very arrogant. the check in is a bit of pain as they needed to manually input all our passport details. An electrical system needs to be introduced.

Comfortable room, convenient location, subway is just few min away. Breakfast was rich and quite tasty. Ideal hotel for business travellers.

Relative good service for what I paid, and this hotel has a very convenient location easily to transfer to other places. Breakfast was good with multiple choices. Mattress and pillows were all comfortable and helpful for quick sleeping. In general I cannot complain more compared what I got. Will choose the same hotel next time travel to Shanghai.

Increase the varieties for mini-bar, such as soda water, high brand coffee or even provide a mini coffee machine.
