The location of the property is wonderful. The property would benefit from a deep thorough cleaning. Maintenance is needed. Many lights not working. We replaced air filters. Disappointed to arrive to find damp towels in linen closet. Laundry in dryer. Recycled items in box outside of garage. Asked to have this corrected, but never occurred.

Wonderful location. Enjoyed sitting on the intracoastal patio and watching the yachts go by and the beautiful sunsets. The heated swimming pool was a plus. The house is spacious and well equipped. But most important, the manager, Brian, is very responsive and will address any concerns immediately. We will return.

Our family of 6 stayed in Bermuda Rivera for 6 days to wind up our very active, adventurous Christmas holidays in South America. It was the perfect happy place to watch the yachts go by from the 'backyard' with a lovely pool, soothing water feature, spacious clean home, fully fitted kitchen, everything we needed. The home is in a gated neighbourhood and nearby the shops. Checking in was simple. We would definitely come back.

I can’t say enough good things about Brian and his house, the inside was spacious & comfortable for us (5 guys in their 50’s), the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and the location is perfect (close to everything, beach, groceries and restaurants) the outside area whether it be the beautiful heated pool or just relaxing watching the yachts go by is second to none. Brian the owner is great to deal with and always responded to any questions I had very quickly. We are hoping and planning on returning again next year. Cheers, Robert

Easy check-in. Had all the essentials for a week stay. Clean towels, bedding, most necessary kitchen appliances and cookware. Spacious outdoor area with warm and clean swimming pool. Some updates and plumbing maintenance would be nice. Location is convenient for groceries. Safe, clean neighborhood. Overall, its a very nice place to stay. We plan to consider this home again for our next Fort Lauderdale trip. Thanks.

Thank you Bermuda Riviera! This was one of many vacations with my in laws…three couples and one individual. I love the spacious areas and separate bedrooms and bathrooms privacy was a plus. Fine dining, supermarket, drug store all within walking distance along with lots at shopping places. We are looking forward to our next staycation at Bermuda Riviera. Again thank you, The Wright’s

We had to reach out to the host, Brian, on the morning of our check in because he had not sent us any check in details. After sending multiple messages through the VRBO app and leaving multiple voicemails for Brian we had no other choice then to reach out to VRBO directly when we arrived at the property at our designated check in time. Brian finally called us 2 hours after our check in time and blamed us for not contacting him in advance, so he knew we were coming! The house had not been cleaned and would require us to wait another 3 hours to get in. Since we had elderly parents and groceries we needed to get in a fridge we opted not to wait any longer and after finding a completely different place to stay for the remainder of our trip we asked Brian for a full refund. The pictures are also outdated (as the house was unlocked when we arrived, we were able to see the inside) and the house is in dire need of some TLC. We did get a full refund but also spent hours of our vacation trying to find a new place to stay and would hate for this to happen to someone else.

This property was beautiful. Location was perfect! My family and I had a wonderful time. Taking some getting use to not being able to walk rt out the door to a fabulous view and pool. The kids loved seeing all the different iguanas and actually started naming some of them. We didn't leave the house much but everything is pretty close by. Outlet shopping was about 30 min away. Would definitely rent again for sure!

We had a spectacular time at Brians vacation rental this week! The pool and patio space were perfect. Watching the boats go by was entertaining all week. We saw dolphins and manatees from the pool deck. We also caught a lot of fish from the dock. Pool temp was perfect. We also walked to the beach from the property. The home had everything we needed for a perfect week. We would love to come back sometime soon!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Ft Lauderdale. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We are booked for our 5th annual stay next year.

This is an amazing property! The house is very spacious with a perfect layout for a large family or group. Brian has an amazing waterfront view with a perfect private pool for a dip. The homes across the water are quite spectacular as are the mega yachts that frequently pass by. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and plenty to do. I hate to recommend the property as I'd like for it to be available for our next trip, but it deserves recommending! We cannot wait to return!

The house was exactly like it was described by Brian! We enjoyed spending most of our time out in the pool watching the mega yachts go by. We used the outside grill for every meal except when we went out to places Brian had recommended! We would definitely recommend this house to our friends!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The owner was extremely nice in our communications and provided great tips for enjoying the area. I found the house to be accurately described in the listing. We would be very happy to visit this rental again in the future.

House was beautiful, the kids had lots of room to play and loved the pool. The little things that we didn’t think about bringing like salt/pepper were there. Owner was very helpful with suggestions of places to go and things to do. He was even nice when I kept texting him about things I wasn’t sure about. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The house is well kept with plenty of space for the whole family. Large patio with pool overlooking the intercoastal river. Privacy from neighbors. Plenty of crazy boats cruising by makes things interesting. Short distance to restaurants and stores. Walking distance to some of the beaches. This area is north of the main beach. No quite as crowded, however traffic can get congested late afternoon, especially on weekends. Take the water taxi for a nice tour of Ft Lauderdale. There is a stop about 15 min walk from the house. I would recommend this property to others.

We stayed at the property for three nights. Such a beautiful spot!! Directly on the intracoastal--watched boats go by and even got to see some dolphins. The pool is just beautiful. We are hoping to go back soon. Highly recommend!

Family spent a week at this house and loved every minute! The house was spacious, clean and well stocked and the back terrace is amazing - the pool is fabulous and was truly heated, there are so many lounge chairs and a grill and an outdoor table. The house is also right on the intracoastal waterway so we spent most of our time outside in the pool watching all the amazing boats go by. The host was great and so responsive - he quickly dealt with a small pool issue that was not anyone's fault and the check-in process was easy. We ate at Bokampers and at the Boathouse at Riverside Hotel and cooked and got takeout the other nights. I definitely recommend this VRBO property and will try to rent it again when we go back! :) Thank you!

Fun location!

This was our 3rd year staying at this property and have already booked our stay for next year.

This home is all about the location! The pool and patio area are spacious and the neighborhood is quiet and great for biking! The layout is perfect and the home has everything you could need! Brian was wonderful to work with and we cannot wait to go again!

The house is a bit dated but location is perfect! Nice heated pool!
