Nice apartment, really spacious. The air conditioner was broken during our stay, but the host provided fans and a portable AC unit. Host was very responsive and helpful.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms are of good size and the location was magnificent. Walkable to lots of restaurants, bars and boutiques. The host gave us some great recommendations and it was a smooth check in with a key safe so we were able to check in late. Wifi was also strong enough to work.

the air conditioning did not work so it was a bit uncomfortable. I called the owner and she knew about it but hadn’t told us.

The location is excellent. Quite street.

Better communication from owner on the air con being broken prior to our arrival would have been nice. Didn’t respond to messaging for 3 days. Cleanliness. Oven unusable and extremely dirty. Freezer frozen over. Kitchen full of clutter and dirty cookwear. Coffee pods didn’t fit the coffee maker. Pillows and sheets stained, carpet dirty. 50+ Pigeons inhabit the space behind the unit leaving the windows open isn’t an option. I hate having to leave this review, because after some pushing we received a refund to make up for the issues. I just don’t want someone else to have this experience. This apartment needs attention paid to it and not just rely on old photos that don’t fully express the current condition.

The apartment is very well located in Biarro Alto. Close to many bars and restaurants and easy to walk to shops. Large apartment with more than enough space for our family of 5. comfy beds

We arrived in Lisbon during a heatwave and sadly arrived at an apartment with both airconditioning units broken. The owner did arrange someone to have a look at the units on day 2 of our 5 day stay. Both needed to be replaced and they organised a portable unit. It was still unbearable hot to be in the apartment during the day and uncomfortable at night. I must add that Lisbon probably doesnt have highs of 40 often. There are place for 6 people but only one tiny bathroom right next to the kitchen. Fine for a family, not sure how 6 adults will be able to share this. The Apartment can benefit from a deep clean and a decluttering in the kitchen.

Very close to restaurants, attractions, yet on quiet street.

No evevator, several flights of stairs with suitcases Air Conditioning unable to keep apartment cool (but ws a hot day).

the locations was great and lots to do in the area.

the key is a little tricky and we had trouble with the lock. We made it work. we took the Rossio metro and took we climbed many flights of stairs with luggage to get to the apartment. A little better instruction on how to take the trolleys and metro would be helpful to avoid having that happen to others.

Could do with a few more mugs, there were only 3. No instructions for tv or anything else.

Great location and lovely spacious living/dining room. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was quiet.

Bit of a drain smell in the shower room/toilet and the toilet did get blocked with six adults using it!. Probably due to being on 3rd floor of an older building.

The apartment was in a fantastic location on a quiet street. Very spacious bedrooms , large apartment and came fully equipped. This area is in a hill of Barrio Alto close to a fantastic view point and other landmarks. The host allowed us a very long check out as our flight was at night , so instead of a 10 am check out , we checked out at 4 pm. I thought this was such a lovely gesture! So highly recommend this apartment.

The only note I would make for people to know is that the property is up 4 flights of stairs ! There is no lift.
