Het appartement ligt heel centraal in de stad. Wij hebben hierdoor veel kunnen lopen ondanks het heuvelachtige landschap in Lissabon. Het Ov stopt op de hoek, leuke restaurantjes voor de deur, supermarkt in dezelfde straat! Ook het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Airco, koffiezetapparaat, lekkere relax bank als je even met de benen omhoog wilde zitten. Verder is de gastheer Pedro echt top! We konden onze handbagage in de bagageopslag zetten. Hierdoor hoefden we niet met onze spullen door Lissabon te slepen. We konden Pedro ook altijd een berichtje sturen als we ergens niet uit kwamen.

De bedden waren echt heel hard maar dat was dan ook het enige min punt.

J'ai beaucoup aimé la localisation de l'appartement, proche du centre, de la Place du Commerce, de la gare, et de la station de métro Rossio. Il y a des restaurants agréables à proximité, ce qui est idéal après avoir beaucoup marché. La communication avec l'hôte était très fluide et il s'est montré réactif à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. L'appartement est bien équipé pour cuisiner, repasser si nécessaire, ou encore faire une machine à laver, ce qui est pratique lors d'un long séjour. Petit bémol : attention, les verres à vin sont très fragiles. Nous étions un groupe de 6 amis et cet appartement était parfait pour nous, avec ses 3 toilettes et 2 salles de bain à disposition.

C'est un troisième sans ascenseur. C'est toujours bon à savoir même si ca ne nous a pas affecté dans ce voyage.

The apartment was a perfect size for our group, with a fully equipped kitchen a large living, dining area, three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a powder room. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, sights, the waterfront and grocery stores but double glazing and shutters meant the apartment was very quiet. The tram and Metro stations were also close by but we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The 85 stairs up to the apartment are wide and well lit and gave us our daily workout but are not great for travellers with lots of luggage. Pedro is a star, giving us daily updates and great advice on what to see and do and where to eat. He made everything easy including checking in and out because his communication was outstanding. It was much appreciated Pedro.

The shower in the second bathroom still needs fixing.

Three bedrooms, nice big kitchen, spacious apartment in a great location. Lovely decor and very clean. Would recommend this apartment. Excellent communication with the host and quick responses.

The four flights of stairs, shower recess was small in one of the bathrooms.

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment was centrally located, spacious, and well appointed. the host was exceptionally responsive. A few other good notes: 1. we arrived before the 3pm check-in, and the host was able to provide us with luggage storage. check-in was remote and we were provided with the codes we needed. 2. In the apartment, there were travel guides and recommendations. There was also bottle of water and bottle of wine waiting for us on check-in. 3. the apartment had a washing machine and dishwasher. 4. the living room was very comfortable, and a nice place to decompress. There was a separate 6 person dining table, and two more seats at a mini eating bar. 5. there is a small grocery about 100m away from the apartment, and lots of nearby restaurants.

1. this apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. While the stairs are modern and nice, it is a bit of a hike. (We knew about the stairs when we booked, so no surprise, but worth noting.) 2. during the day, a tram runs down the road next to the apartment, and it can be noticed. This is not such a big deal, and the apartment was still much quieter than most central apartments. 3. in the second bathroom, the hinge that holds up the shower head was broken. when we wrote to the host, he let us know this broke with the previous guests and that a new part was ordered but not yet arrived, so hopefully this isn’t an issue for anyone else.
