My family and I enjoyed our stay in Richmond. The flat meet expectations and pictures. Location is very walk able to the near by train station, restaurants and parks. It also had a parking space. It is a quiet neighborhood, other then the sound of the trains out back, which did not disturb sleep. Overall a great flat!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. The kids even remarked on how much they liked it! The living area (with the pull out couch) also has a door, so offers privacy at bed time. It is less than a 10 minute walk to town and the train station. There was on site parking which was nice, since we rented a car. There are many pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Chris was a PHENOMENAL host. He was very responsive to any questions and offered excellent recommendations for dining and entertainment in the area. There was a beautiful cherry tree in bloom, in the back yard where we were able to see many different types of birds in the morning. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again.

We were delighted with our stay here at the end of our recent road trip around the UK. It was exactly as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The off-street parking was a bonus and the location, within walking distance of Richmond, very convenient.

This place was perfect for a London Christmas - absolutely spotless, lots of thoughtful touches and very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the neighbourhood and links into Waterloo were speedy and frequent. We were 24 hours late arriving due to a wildcat Eurostar strike and the very thoughtful owner even offered a part refund for the first night - a very kind gesture indeed.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. Christopher was great! Tube was easy to get to and area restaurants were wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay in Richmond thanks to Chris’s hospitality and well equipped property. Check in : Easy Communication: Great communication with host. answered any question and provided suggestions in and around. Transportation: 10-16 minute walk to Richmond station depending on your speed. It took a total of 20-30 minutes into central London. Apt itself: Well kept with attention to detail. Immaculate when we arrived. If you like nice dishes nice everything it’s a great place. Would definitely stay again:)

The location was great if you enjoy Richmond. It is a short walk to the train station. The property was clean, had everything needed for a week stay and check-in/check-out was easy. There are several places to eat within 200 meters and a great pub similarly close.

The heated floors and heated towel rack were so nice. The location is ideal. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but a very short walk to shops and pubs. The only thing we missed was coffee pods but there were so many great coffee shops around that we didn’t miss it for long.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The apartment was small but sweet. Beautifully decorated, clean and with everything that you need. Chris, the owner was helpful and a great communicator. The area of Richmond is delightful.

Perfect place to overcome jet lag.

We attended a wedding at Kew, so the location was perfect. Walking distance to the Kew Lion Gate. Twin room was great for the kids and next door to the main bedroom & bathroom. Owner was easy to contact and very helpful.

What a lovely apartment! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location in Richmond, within walking distance of all the sights…Richmond Park, the Thames tow path and Kew Gardens. Ate at some lovely nearby pubs and also used the cute kitchen to make some meals. Chris was a wonderful host! Highly recommended!

Chris was a good host, meeting us at the flat. He kept in touch with us and let us know if there was anything he could do for us. The location was absolutely close to the underground. We would recommend this location and when we are in London, will stay here.

When we pulled up to the house, I thought we had the wrong address. The front yard was full of very high weeds plus paper and debris trash around the front door and bushes. The front door as well as the hall way needs a coat of paint plus a new rug on the stairs. However, when we entered the apartment door we found a very lovely, clean and well appointed apartment. Chris was very helpful.

Our family loved this flat! Originally our 2 boys were going to share the room w the twin beds but they started to fight so I was thrilled the front room sofa converted to a bed. No more fighting! Shower was lovely and the master bed was amazing. Great place!

This is our second stay at Chris’s place and we really like it! It’s clean, comfortable and in a perfect location, near the centre of Richmond and the train station. Chris is a great host, very responsive to any questions and helpful. This is now our go-to-place when coming to London 😀

The flat is beautifully presented with a huge bed in the main bedroom and a great twin which is perfect for kids as it’s not under the upper flat. The flat has double glazing throughout which minimises the tube and plane noise and keeps the flat nice and cosy (along with the underfloor heating). Off street parking was a real bonus for us! All in all, a fantastic flat, hosted by a very helpful Christopher, in a great location- can’t recommend highly enough and would definitely stay there again! Thank you

Great property in excellent location. Quick walk to train, bus and cafes. Communication with owner was excellent had a small issue during stay and he sorted asap. Perfect size for a family of four (2 adults / 2 kids).

Overall a very well kept and very clean apartment. There are 2 rooms which suits 4 people ., any more might be a little cramped. The kitchen is small but clean and there are so many restaurants in Richmond area we never cooked , though a microwave would be handy .Chris was very helpful and available by text or email if needed. And the deposit got refunded very promptly.I’d recommend this apartment especially due to the location which is great. Close to the Richmond tube, the river (boats from Kew pier) and the M4. Yes there is noise from the trains and planes to Heathrow but with windows closed it’s not an issue . It was a warm week but Chris has provided some really good fans which worked well for us. Close enough to London but also a short drive to Windsor and other out of town sites . We had a great few days here so thanks again.

Great Location for Richmond and getting around and into London Central. Enough around Richmond to do. Plenty of shops and places to eat in close walking distance Flat is in residential area on 2nd Floor, its clean nicely done up and perfect for weekend or just slightly longer vacay. Could be done with a dishwasher.....
