The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable, clean and full of amenities. The breakfast was superb and hearty, with a lot of options

The location is near the train station so the traffic is a bit too much for peak hours. But I think this is a problem for all indian cities with dense urban areas. But I would say that inside the hotel, we didn't feel that we were in a densely built up area.

Hôtel bien sécurisé et en retrait de la route, donc au calme, tout en étant assez proche du Golden Temple (à pieds aisément) .. Petite attention dans la chambre à notre arrivée et bouteilles d’eau offertes .. Mais surtout une mention spéciale pour la qualité des buffets du soir et du petit déjeuner .. cuisinier exceptionnel.

Peut-être un léger rafraîchissement dans certaines chambres à prévoir.

Courteous staff, excellent reception, house keeping is very good, restaurant staff are courteous and prompt, car service of the hotel booked in advance is exceptional. Choice of dishes needs to be increased, one more Dzire car can be added, and the guidance on tourist attractions needs to be printed better. Had a very satisfactory stay.

The beds!

It looks tired. Restaurant and Bar soulless - food was not great. No outdoor area. Pool small and grubby. Noisy celebration next to the pool at the hotel.

Clean, right place , good standard service was great

Breakfast and dinner don't have variety. Very boring. The space in the room is very small.

My stay was very very comfortable and warm. The entire staff from the doorman to the reception to the house keeping are very courteous and warm and caring. The restaurant staff including Chef Gurmit Singh Sehgal , Restaurant Manager Sandeep Gupta, Diksha Sharma, Monica and all the others were so so caring that it made our trip unforgettable and memorable. Ashish at the front desk was so helpful and kind too. A really great team.

Nothing much.. ....just a little disturbance due to repairs

-Breakfast was good -superior room was spacious -staff was nice (but I think some may work to long, or have to work to long, some looked exhausted) As seeing them in the early morning and late evening and next day too, doesn't give a good impression an international employer. Never seen this at a Radisson Hotel. We liked to sit in the evening at the Restaurants and had some beverages. It was very ni e to get some small snacks to the Beer/ Cocktails. They where nice, specially the Pani Puri and the Tacos (on different evenings. If we are back in Amritsar, we definitely would choose Fairfield Marriott, no doubt, again.

Swimming pool a bit small, to many pigeon's around. A net could help. There was a fridge/minibar but empty. No International TV channels! We had 2 bed rooms, friends mattress was ok, my one was uncomfortable. Waked uo 2 times,, room 321, maybe someone check this.

The f&b staff was absolutely amazing including the head chef and housekeeping staff too.

The smell of the paint because people like me are highly allergic to the tarpine oil.

The Front Desk staff are very helpful n make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean n beds are very comfortable Nice breakfast with a good selection n served with a smile.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was exceptionally friendly, accomodating and helpful. We got our room several hours before the actual check-in time and moreover we could have breakfast. Especially at the restaurant the staff was very courteous. They made us taste local dishes (I think it was Ajay (?) and his colleagues), what we really enjoyed.
