I pay 200 less because of no warm breakfast at sunday morning...

Breakfast wonderful saturday morning. Because of trouble with bad weather - it was no warm breakfast sunday morning!

Lovely modern room with all the amenities needed. Great, warm shower and comfortable bed. The staff were very accomodating and the breakfast had some lovely vegan options.There is a mall across the way as well.

covers were unclean on our first night. had to call the night shift to get them changed. you need to order cleaning the day before. we weren’t aware of this and our room stayed uncleaned for the two nights we stayed. does not feel like a 4 star hotel at all. felt quite cheap despite the 4 star price tag. the bar and check in reception are at the exact same place. Quite bizarre.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially the receptionists are very cute. Rooms are comfortable. Unlimited tea and coffee for free was amazing. Buffet breakfast was very nice.I loved the game in front of the reception.

Far from the center of Trondheim, but good accessibility. I think there should be money exchange service at the reception. I think the check-in time is a little late by world standards, but it's nice that they are still helpful. I could not see any hotel signpost on the surrounding highways.

Front desk agents were very nice and friendly. Location was great , next to E6. Lots of restaurant and diverse stores around the hotel was also plus. Delicious breakfast.

Elevator is old and scary, there is no refrigerator in the room, the provided glasses were dirty !!!! , the upstairs and next room were loud. Beeps every 10 minutes from the door lock. It was noisy and anxious, so I couldn't sleep properly.

It was clean, quiet and the bed was good, I didn’t like the pillow and the room was a bit small for two persons.

The room was too warm although the window was open the whole stay, and it was only about 15 °C outside.

We were just passing through on our way up north and it was conveniently located next to the main road, and lots of stuff around for dinner/picking up supplies. Breakfast was good and place wasn't so crowded, which made for a relaxing visit.

I really enjoyed lady at the reception. Super pro, nice and welcoming. Overall experience was relaxing. Good place to stay for longer traveling in case you wish quite place to recharge
