Perfect location, near city centre , the apartment was very clean , private parking, everything was perfect. I will definitely come back in Manchester and I will book this apartment.

The location is good. The customer service is very responsive. Electric appliances are function well, just some damage at furniture. Although the price is high, overall is nice.

Not much to be honest says Dream House apartments but the building looks half derelict.

So upon booking this apartment we spoke to a lady and told her our situation, our house had just sold we’re waiting for our new one to be finished and needed somewhere to stay for 3 weeks possibly longer, we needed somewhere we could live comfortable for 3 weeks and with a good internet speed so I can work from home. The lady assured us the apartments had new internet installed, very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 double beds. Upon arriving the apartment was mostly clean, we did find a face mask stuffed down the back of the sofa cushions but we could live with that. Later that night we also found that the double beds were actually single beds pushed together which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep(so imagine staying in them for 3 weeks). Also as we have a pet dog we asked for a room with a balcony only to be told that the apartments are all booked with long stays and non were available for us with a balcony, we booked the room thinking it came with a balcony due to the pictures. After a hard nights sleep due to the noise outside which is also very loud due to being close to a couple of pubs we was still optimistic about our stay despite the few issues we had already noticed, me and my girlfriend both tried to have a shower and had to have cold showers for the first 3 nights we stayed which was very unpleasant also in both bathrooms there was a horrible sewer smell which made us want to spend as little time in the bathrooms as possible as the smell was awful.

We’re experience a sewer smell in the main room. We couldn’t use the room and its bathroom because of the smell. We used perfume and opened the window to get rid of this bad smell but it returns back once we close the window.
