プレオープン時から数回使っていますが、一度サービスが低下した時期があったが、今回はすべての点で素晴らしい滞在になりました。 最寄りの地下鉄駅とショッピングモールを通って移動できるので、雨に濡れずにホテルから徒歩5分で移動できます。その最寄りの地下鉄駅からは乗換なし約30分弱で中心地の尖沙咀まで移動可能です。 また、近隣にあるドン・キホーテ、イオン、ホテル系列のショッピングモールとも回廊をわたって前に濡れずに移動可能で、スポーツウエアやゲームセンター、直下にセブンイレブン、地元に人気のレストラン、日本食レストラン、マツキヨ、ユニクロなども近くをぶらぶら歩くだけで簡単に探せます。 部屋には電源がたくさん設置されていますが、日本からなら電源変換コネクタは持っていった方がいいでしょう。忘れて必要になるとホテルの自動販売機で有料で購入しないといけなくなります。 最近、香港の法律改正の関係で無料の水がペットボトルからプルトップアルミ缶容器になりました。半年前の利用に比べ、不便な事はそれだけで、これはホテルの責任ではありませんね。 この後、香港島湾仔のホテルに移動したが、こっちに延泊すればよかったと後悔したほど、香港ではおすすめのポテルの一つです。

前回は清掃で足りない事があったが今回は特にありません。

Large rooms. Reasonably clean. Close to MTR. Many shopping and restaurants around.

Shower drain was slow making the rest of washroom wet and slippery. Tea bags and coffee bags were not replenished everyday.

Located in convenience area, many shops, 2 mins walk to bus terminal, 5 mins to Tsuen Wan West Station and 15 mins to Tsuen Wan Station

Have durian smell and smoking smell. I complained after my first night they moved us to the other floor but still have durian smell.

The location is superb. It's might be a bit far from the center of Hongkong but it's nearer from the airport and the place is accesible to major transportation. The mtr is just a building away and the main bus station is located on the ground level. From airport you can just take A31 bus and will bring you direct to the hotel in like about 30-40mins. Restaurants and shopping malls/stores are around the hotel. The water ferry station is just the same distance of the mtr station. The view from the window was also amazing. Apart from the location, it's the view of the sea that made me book this property. And it did deliver with my expectation. The hotel has surprising unique features as well such as the bridge at 41st floor that connects the two towers. Breakfast was also decent. The staff were friendly particularly the jolly housekeeper who's always smiling.

The hotel doesn't have shataf which I'm used to. So having water in the toilet itself is a bit of a struggle. But I guess it's everywhere in Hongkong.

Very convenient for shopping and travelling.

The room deco could do with some upgrades and maintenance.

- convenient for travelling around West Hong Kong, 5 minutes walk to nearest MTR station. - great shower. - fast wifi. - decent price.

- long check-in time (took more than 30 minutes) & without online check-in facilities. - lock malfunctioned on one of the days & took >30 minutes to get access to own room. - lack of electric sockets & none by the bedside.

Very nice hotel - i've never stayed so high up but it was an excellent view Clean and comfortable - no noise from other guests which can happen in establishments this size Beds were comfy and i liked the bath tub Location for me was great - easy taxi or bus to and from airport
