very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable, close distance (with a car) to the beaches, really recommend this place

Highly recommended! Very friendly and helpful hosts, beautiful and clean place with nice swimming pool. Cat and gecko in the garden were great too. The possibility of getting an invoice was also important to us.

Nice clean rooms, the pool and the area around the pool were very well kept. The inside of the house looks new. Good selection of TV channels, great wifi, lots of towels, information booklets and a discount for Dino park. It’s a very nice property with friendly host.

Unfortunately, there was a very strong smell of mold in the house. In the morning there was sooo much condensation on the windows it looked like it rained inside. There were puddles of water by the windows and the curtains were wet. Ok for one night, but I wouldn’t stay longer because of the smell and the mold. Such a pity, because it’s a lovely propety. Also, there was a lot of barking coming from somewhere nearby.

Meeting other families especially for our child being able to make friends

There are definetly health and safety issues no safety railings around raised terrace unsafe for children. Also no mosquito nets on any windows and everyone got eaten alive the first night. Also the 4th bedroom has no door this is not advised anywhere, it has 3 sets of bunk beds in it and obviously geared for children which makes it even more essential to have a door. We were 4 seperate friends and in the 4th bedroom was 2 adults and 1 child which was not acceptable having no door or privacy as people have to walk past the room. Also not all bunk beds were made up so had to change mattresses over etc.. this wasn't acceptable especially for the price. The lounge had only 2 x 2 seater sofas for a property that can sleep 14!! The location on an industrial estate is disappointing even though you are close to everything!!

Spacious and clean.. only stayed the one night.. slightly put off by the location.

Comfy beds and the kids loved the little cat and overall the accommodation is new and looks good.

Location right at the end of small industrial zone with some small offices and businesses around it, which is not really inspiring. Next to that there is a dog shelter within 350m of the accommodation. Which results in allot of barking dogs...but barking dogs are common in Portugal but this was a bit too much. Next to that the room although new smelled a bit musty.
