El cuarto, que realmente es un departamento de tamaño regular es casi perfecto. Básico y creo incuestionable, le falta horno de microondas, ahora, si desearan que fuera perfecto, una lavavajillas sería exquisito. La atención de la recepcionista, si mal no recuerdo Jazmín, es verdaderamente maravillosa.

De las cuatro noches que estuvimos, nunca hicieron el aseo, nunca vaciaron los botes de basura.

Location near to the beach.

The pillows and bed sheets smelled bad, like humidity or sweat 😣. The water in shower was cold and took time to get warm. Leaking air conditioning in the upper room caused noise all night.

This was old Mexico and I loved it. The kitchen is useful, I was surprised about the washroom and second bathroom which was very nice to have as an option.

Little bit of road noise but ear plugs solved that problem.

Day shift front desk staff Leticia. she was very rude and confrontational. unfortunately I got sick during my stay and some of the bed sheets got dirty and required “especial laundry” at extra fee per Leticia. I acknowledge her statement and I asked if there was any compensation for the guests when equipment in the room is not working properly. since our arrival we have had issues with the TV. 6 days later still happening and nothing is being done. i brought that up and she started attacking me stating that I said I wasn’t going to pay her laundry fees and all that. This all happened through their WhatsApp services. which none of those statements were true, I was just pointing out what is wrong and broken in the room. let’s say things didn’t go well. She came up to the room to “check the TV” and then she started screaming that I must go downstairs and pay those laundry fees NOW. I did pay for those forced fees, since it was never mentioned there was a fee for such. And on top of all that, every staff that I talked with in the evening and night stated how rude and unprofessional she always is. I think whoever is management above her should reconsider having Leticia be the one who represents the hotel at the front desk. Poor customer service and taking dissatisfaction of a guest personally to the point of confronting a guest, I think it is definitely a very low and poor service. Avoid this place if Leticia still works in this place. Also, we stayed at the top floor and the walls and roof in the room were all peeling off. Large lack of maintenance.

Location was excellent- close to all the fun of Zona Romantica but also quiet and safe. The room was great- a little couch area, teriffic kitchen, amazing shower and best of all, the hot tub! The staff, especially Yasmin, was kind and helpful. Overall it was a great place to stay in PV!

Good staff and excellent location

Poor maintenance with drains that drained slowly , poor plumbing and doors that stuck closed , no elevator and multiple stairs to climb to get up to room. Older building with pool that nobody ever uses.
