I WAS SURPRISED TO LEARN THAT WE DID NOT HAVE CONTROL OF THE THERMOSTAT BUT NEEDED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE HOSE IF WE NEEDED IT ADJUSTED. IT ENDED UP BEING FINE.

We have a lot of complimentary adjectives when it comes to this stay. It had absolutely everything we needed and then some. We really enjoyed the nutrition bars, tea and coffee set out for us including paper towels, utensils, glasses and paper plates. We had the privilege of meeting Janet, the host of the property, and what a delight that was. We definitely plan to come to this particular place again when we come to Redding. It was so peaceful, a true blessing.

Description was spot on. Janet is great. Love the wine, Thai soup and sourdough for our last dinner! Excellent host. Will return again.

Janet, your gracious host is SO Thought Full! She has provided 6 Different kinds of Pillows (including memory foam). I found one that was just Purrrfect for me. She is so helpful, and offered me more waters and Kind bars when I ran out of her initial supply in the kitchenette. SBUX coffee! Fridge, Micro, Fireplace with remote. TV with every kind of channel you could think of (Prime, Netflix, Roku....). Wow, Wow, Wow. Janet is a 5 star host. All was very clean and quiet for a good nights rest. Hotel quality bathroom and personal products! Highly recommend!

Stayed 3 days in the area for some guided trips. Location was close to restaurants etc. The only issue was that hot water generally didnt last for a shower.

The place was in a great neighborhood and basically exactly as described in the listing. Janet was very attentive and a wonderful host. We appreciated the homey atmosphere and will for sure be booking with her again. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay !

It was easy to find, very clean and cozy. Nicely furnished and equipped. The black-out curtains were very nice when we were trying to sleep in. The bathroom and shower were very nice. We got to see our daughter in a play at the Redding Performing Arts Center that was much better than we expected - very fun and highly enjoyable. It was a great weekend!

I had a lovely stay at this property. Room was cozy and clean. I was so thankful for the coffee and snacks as I got in late and couldn’t get any food as everything was already closed.
Easy access to the neighborhood and to the room were also a plus.

Clean and quiet in a friendly neighborhood. People living their daily lives...feels like home. Apartment had everything I needed.

This sweet little cottage is exactly as described, in fact better! It was so clean and all the little extras Janet includes make it exceed 5 stars! The location is great, close to everything, but situated in a quiet neighborhood.
Janet is a wonderful and caring host. She’s attentive, does what she can to make your stay the best, but makes sure you have privacy.
This is my favorite place to stay in Redding (my 2nd stay here) and look forward to a return stay.

This place was perfect for my husband and I. We had everything we needed and the decor and ambience of the place was clean, modern, updated, and very peaceful. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Lots of loving touches and beauty throughout. HIGHLY recommend this place and we will be staying here again in the future.

This was a great apartment to use as a home base to explore the area. Clean, quiet, easy to get to. All the amenities I was looking for. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Definitely will come here again. Great place to stay, love that it had a microwave, a spot to park, and to make coffee and plenty of lightning. We were close to many food places around like sprouts market and vitality bowl.

Wonderfully quiet, clean, well appointed studio with private entrance and private bath and beautiful shower, microwave, fridge and Keurig. We enjoyed our stay and the host was very accomodating. We hope to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay here as we were passing through Redding on our way to San Francisco. Not only was the space clean, but all the right amenities were provided with a mini fridge, microwave, and plates/utensils.

A lovely place on a quite residential street just a hop, skip and jump from everything. Loved having fresh coffee in the morning after waking up from a great sleep on a comfortable queen size bed with luxuriously soft sheets. We loved the place!

Here for a night to break up the drive from Oregon, just what we needed! Cozy with all the essentials, and our mini travel crib fit in the closet so our 15 month old could sleep in peace.

This property was perfect for our stay. Easy drive to mason's house in Shasta Lake City. The neighborhood is quiet. The room is comfortable and homey. Janet is an excellent house and quickly responds to any questions. Will definitely stay here again!
