The condo and the property in general are beautifully designed and maintained, and in a great location surrounded by shops, galleries and eateries. Perfect for families or just adults.

This property was absolutely stunning; the decor, furnishings and amenities were fabulous; this condo is luxurious and has incredible views. We have stayed at Molina in several different condos over the last few years- this unit is extra special; the owners are wonderful and the property manager Angel is very professional, friendly and accessible. We plan to book here again and cannot wait to be back!

We returned after only being away for two weeks. Our stay was as enjoyable as the first time! This condo is wonderful in every way, as we explained in our previous review. Angel, the property manager, went out of his way to locate a special type of contact lense solution that I had neglected to pack. His help saved the vacation for me! Molino de Agua is the most desirable condominium project in Puerto Vallarta. It is located right on the beach in the Romantic Zone of PV. Casa Cobre (#809) is one of the best units there in terms of bedroom layout. This was our fifth stay at Molino de Agua, our first at Casa Cobre. It has to-die-for views, is fully equipped and beautifully furnished, in a completely secure environment. We will be back.

Our stay at Casa Cobre was wonderful. The condo is beautiful in every way: the view, furnishings, layout, and attention to details! Angel, the manager, was very welcoming. He was attentive to our needs and checked in with us throughout our stay. We can’t wait to return in two weeks!

Our group was extremely satisfied with the unit and property. The weather was gorgeous and everything at Molina was perfect! The only problem is that our week is not available for next year.

Max and Gillian have done a wonderful job with their Condo! This was the nicest place we have ever stayed!! Angel arranged airport pickup and some groceries. Overall a great experience!!

Great place. Things weren’t completely ready and we arrived late. . More explanation at walkthrough would have been better it felt to rushed. A refrigerator that produces ice would be nice. Great location and pool and security. Thanks

This property is in an ideal location. Close to everything! The view is outstanding! The condo is very spacious, clean and very well stocked. We felt safe and spoiled. We traveled as a group of three couples and there was plenty of space and luxury for all as we each had our own bathroom and master bedroom. Coffee in the morning on the patio overlooking the Bay was a highlight…as well as drinks in the evening. I would stay here and again and recommend it to anyone.

Everything about this property is the finest. Plenty of space, beautiful condo, wonderful grounds. Close to all the fun and food you could possibly want. We recommend this 100%. Hope to be able to come again very soon.

My wife and I have been visiting Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta for the past 27 years. We have frequently rented condos in Old Town in the winter months before Covid struck. Without a doubt Molina de Agua 809 provided the very best and most complete accommodations for us and our family in all of those 27 years. Location is in perfect proximity to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, and the beautiful Malecon. The views from the deck were breathtaking and the weather was better than expected. The facilities available within the condo complex were perfect especially the huge pool and lush gardens. Only downside was noise from the necessary reconstruction of the Cuale River retaining wall immediately adjacent to the complex. That however did not spoil the overall pleasure we and the family enjoyed everyday of our stay. Construction will end soon, and we enjoyed watching the workers and their daily progress toward completion of this most essential repair. Overall we were overwhelmingly pleased with every aspect of our stay. The condo itself is beautiful inside and out and well stocked with all the comforts of home. Highly recommend this five star accommodation!

Absolutely beautiful property with breathtaking views of Puerto Vallarta! We feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to stay at Casa Cobre. We arranged airport pick up with Angel for our arrival as well as our fridge to be stocked with groceries and everything was so easy and taken care of. We were warmly welcomed to our unit with a basket of fruit and wine. Thank you max and Gillian! We cannot say enough about Angel. We love him. One of our guests had a birthday during our stay and he helped us to add a few birthday decorations to the unit and surprised the birthday boy with the most delicious red velvet cake and champagne. All of the guests remarked how comfortable and soft the beds are in each bedroom and the decor is stunning with all the copper accents. The staff and security at Molino de Agua are also very friendly and helpful and a special thank you to JC who also went above and beyond in helping us! Thank you Max and Gillian for your warm welcome to PV, for your help in arranging our stay and patiently answering all my questions and for allowing us to stay in your lovely unit. Cannot wait for us all to be back at Casa Cobre!!

Great relaxing week. All amenities that you could ask for. Firestick tv was a temperamental. Hubby made it thru week though. 5 star all the way. Will definitely book for next January Thank you for letting us share your condo. Angel went out of his way for us.

This condo was a slice of heaven. We have stayed in Puerto Vallarta 4 times in the last 4 years and this unit was by far our favorite. First off, we can't say enough nice things about our two property managers: Joel and Angel! They were extremely professional and you can tell they genuinely cared that our experience was absolutely perfect. You can tell that the condo unit was recently updated and no detail was overlooked. It had all the amenities that you would look for. The view was stunning and the location couldn't be more perfect. I short walk to everything you are looking for. Warm, inviting and very comfortable, this recently redecorated unit was an outstanding place to stay in PV! The renovations are so new we were the first to use many of the high quality amenities which the owner has thoughtfully chosen. There are multiple seating areas both inside and out and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living areas. These afford guests so many ways to enjoy the unit and the great views it offers. The living room is very large with lots of seating as is the dining area. We chose to eat outside at the table for six so we’d enjoy the breeze and views.... the last two days we watched humpback whales from our balcony! The master is huge with a very large closet and huge bathroom with jetted tub. The second master also had a king and had ample room along with a very large bathroom so that two couples would both be very happy with the two Masters. Both also have their own secluded balcony and sound deadening double sliding doors - all the street noise disappeared when both were closed! Beds are excellent and the linens and towels very good. The third bedroom is smaller with a queen and a bathroom which also connects to the hall. It’s comfortable and right off the living areas. Our local contact for the unit was Angel and he was friendly, upbeat and helpful. Our dealings with the owner were also top notch .... he quickly replied and was interested in learning how he could improve things and is rightfully proud of his unit. We have stayed in this complex recently in an oceanfront unit and frankly enjoyed this unit more - despite being back a bit further from the ocean - with its larger balcony area and the more equally sized masters. It is in what we think is the most desirable location in PV with its proximity to all the ZR restaurants and action.... we will most definitely be back!
