Property is about on walking distance from Haram but quite far from Kind Fahad Gate 79 which is Umrah gate.

The girl on reception wasn’t very warm and friendly but a bit rude, bell staff Zain was very welcoming and friendly and let us see the room before check in. Rooms are very tiny and for 3 people in room didn’t had much room for luggage or walking in between. Hotel is run down and old, but house keeping staff specially on our floor Mohammad Farhat Hussein was very helpful in fulfilling our needs on his floor. Overall it wasn’t a good experience as it’s nothing like in pictures. If you are looking for spacious room I would recommend looking elsewhere, because you will regret booking it as we did.

Convenient and a direct 5min walk to Haram.

Amazingly friendly people across the board. The receptionist, the room service, the food was amazing they have two different buffet restaurants. And for me who has a very sensitive skin and gets reactions very quickly, send the room and bathroom as very clean.

overall it was good .

no one was there after checkout to put my luggage in car. i put all luggage alone which was very difficult.

location is excellent.
