The home was clean and comfortable, stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. The security system was also nice, giving an extra level of safety, even though the neighborhood appeared to be quiet and safe. The location is not far from the airport, with a few low flying planes passing over but nothing that would be disturbing. We had a great visit and would certainly stay here again.

We really appreciated all the extras that were left for us, we have stayed at many vacation homes and this one tops the list for extras. They went above the norm - leaving eggs, bagels, etc in the fridge for us so that we didn't need to go to the store right away. Coffee provided along with a bowl of snacks - who thinks of that :) The place was very clean and comfy. Was a nice place to come back to after our tours of Charleston. Centrally located which was nice, also a very quiet neighborhood. Owner was so friendly and responsive helping us with tips for local attractions. Would recommend this place to anyone heading to Charleston.

Visited Charleston in late September to consider as a destination for our family reunion in June. Location of the home was perfect. 20 mins from downtown and Mt. Pleasant. 10 mins or so from the airport. The home was clean and well laid out. Offered a comfortable and homey like ambiance. Well stock with household essentials. The unique thing about the trip was on our departure date Tropical storm Ian made land fall. As a result our flights were canceled. Fortunately for us Pat the owner was gracious to allow us to stay until it was safe. Additionally she coordinate getting supplies (water, flashlight, food, etc) to ensure we were prepared. She was in constant communication with us throughout the whole ordeal. She was amazing and I can't express enough my sincere gratitude for her hospitality. I highly recommend you consider her home and more importantly her hospitality when you visit Charleston.

Host informative, and accommodating, games for kids, the one down side was neighbor played loud music a lot and other cars would drive by blasting theirs too. Wasn’t as peaceful as hoped for.

We usually stay at a B&B or other "by owner" properties instead of hotels. The owner thought of everything! The kitchen was stocked with more than just a little bit of starter coffee and spices - breakfast food and snacks were provided too. We didn't use but had: beach supplies, a child's pack & play, beach towels, games, stroller, and much more. Really great communication by text and email, a nicely organized welcome book with emergency phone numbers, how to use the appliances, restaurants, shut down procedures, etc. Better done than most we've seen. The restaurant recommendations were fire! The vibe staying here was "man, the owners really do care and really want to satisfy every need a guest could have." The house was exceptionally clean too. No, it's not in the historic district, but everything you want to see in Charleston is close by. Just a perfect spot for a base of operations.

I absolutely can not say enough about this extraordinary property. The owner is wonderful and very accommodating throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. This home was a great place to stay for our Charleston vaca. My husband and I had our 2 children (9 & 13) and my mother in law along as well. Everyone had their own space and with 2 bathrooms it was great for everyone getting ready to leave or head to bed. We had a rental car so getting where we needed to go in and around the downtown area was easy from this location as well as the North Charleston area. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The home owner also had breakfast options for us as we got in late and all stores nearby were closed. Great home, great host, and great vacation!

The house was immaculate... located near to N Riverfront Park for the High Water Festival... communication with the owner was fantastic... beautifully decorated and stocked with anything & everything we needed... highly recommended.

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely home. It was very clean and our hostess was great! There were several thoughtful extras that we enjoyed and came in handy! We appreciated all the hospitality and it felt like a home away from home. It was the nicest vacation rental I've stayed in!

Awesome stay, little touches like snacks and toiletry bags! Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Any time I had questions, Pat was very responsive. If we ever come to Charleston again we would def stay here again!!

Traveling sports is hard enough....this made our weekend tournament much more than that, for once we were actually able to enjoy ourselves away from the ballpark and relax in this home away from home setting. The home exceeded our every expectation. My wife and in-laws were equally impressed. Extremely clean and well appointed, stocked with the necessities and basics along with a few added and unexpected perks. This has got to be the blueprint by which short-stay rentals are organized, and if not then it should be. We'll be back for certain. Close to downtown, shopping, and shipyard park.

This home fit our family of 4 perfectly with enough space to each do our own thing at night. Close enough to Charleston without all the hustle and bustle. Close to the airport but you barely hear any planes. Honestly, the host has thought of everything and you can get in touch so easily if you have questions. We will definitely stay again!

Our stay was a long weekend of baseball! This property was an easy drive without a lot of traffic to The Shipyard an all the high schools used for the tournaments. Easy checkin and checkout! The host was awesome. I would recommend this home to all of our baseball families and friends.

We stayed 4 nights at this amazing little getaway in North Charleston. It is conveniently located near Tanger Outlets for shopping and close to all of the sight seeing in historic downtown. Plus the availability of awesome local eateries was super helpful.The house was immaculate and decorated to perfection! We had a great time and would definitely stay again. This charming, comfortable home is nicely decorated and filled with any necessity we could imagine and some that we didn’t. It felt like the property owner was personally invested in our comfort.

There is so much to love and we admired everything including the décor, cleanliness, and most importantly, the comfort of our stay. The house was just an ordinary house in a neighborhood. What makes it stand out is the amenities (so many towels!), the cleanliness, and the communication. I will definitely want to stay here for my next Charleston trip.

House was spotless upon arrival. Located in very quiet neighborhood off main roads but close to everything. House was very well stocked. . Needed candles for a birthday cake,found in drawer. Wife liked ironing boatd being available. Nice neat back yard. House is alarm protected ,made us feel safe. A Car crashed into utility pole took out power to neighborhood left us in dark but house was stocked with battery operated candles and flashlights. Unbelievable how well stocked better than any hotel. We are looking forward to our next trip.

Pat literally has thought of everything. Walking into the place is better than the photos! Beds are super comfortable and you have plenty of whatever you will need. We were being faced with a tropical storm the last day of our trip and she went above and beyond to make sure we were safe travelers. Great stay!

The place was adorable. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, nice size Livingroom and fully equipped kitchen. Had all the amenities of staying at a hotel, but having your own private home. Private backyard for the great weather we had. Beautifully decorated, felt at home as soon as we walked in. Just 10 from the airport, was conveniently located to shopping and downtown Charleston. Will stay here again next time We are in the Charleston area. Highly recommended!
