This property was recommended by my sisters and did not disappoint. It was clean and close to the Embarcadero. It was well stocked with necessities. Only recommendations are hooks by front door for coats and secure bottom of mirror on bathroom door so it doesn’t thump in the night when door is closed.

We had a fantastic time was unaware of the Christmas boat parade, which was a special surprise . I’ve stayed at this place before and still give it a A+++ rating and time. It was the first time for my friends to be in this town, and they also had a fantastic time and are looking forward to returning….

Highly recommend this vacation rental! Very clean, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and excellent location to stroll around Morro Bay or launch a day trip to the surrounding area.

Morro Bay, Montana De Oro, and Cayucos are always our favorite places to visit when we visit our kids @ Cal Poly. This little place did not disappoint. Very clean, well equipped, convenient location and comfortable beds - perfect for a few days. We'll be back.

The property was clean and amazingly comfortable. I would not hesitate to book again. Location was great, very convenient to everything with just a short walk down to the Embarcadero and to anything downtown Morro Bay has to offer.

Perfect location to walk all over Morro Bay. Wi-Fi was solid to work remote, and plenty of space & storage for an extended stay. Kitchen was well equipped and washer/dryer a huge plus. 2 notes about noise: the duplex is located next to several businesses which get a lot of foot traffic. And the beautiful hardwood floors unfortunately allow footsteps to be heard next door. They were minor issues for us, but wanted to share for others.

My adult daughter and I were here over Ironman 70.3 Morro Bay. It's a well looked after property, just a couple blocks up from the town. From the home it's a little over walk to Morro Bay where the competition transition was. There is another rental on the other side, and there was a bedroom on the wall of the other unit. We didn't hear any noise. Others mentioned there is a laundromat across the street and a bar close by. There was a little noise, but not much. The town has two hour parking, but no issues parking our car in front of the rental and leaving it there during the race. There are three spaces in front of the two units. Rental company is URelaxVR, through VRBO. Others also noted they send a form out asking for more additional information. All communication was professional and kind. Nice place - we would stay here again.

This property was beautiful and well kept! There was only street parking but plenty of it right in front. There's a great ample-sized back yard with an awesome view of Morro Rock, and the location is walking distance to most everything in town. Will definitely stay again!

We loved the location and the bungalow was very comfortable. The only thing that was bothersome was the heater, it is very noisy.

The decoration is awesome! The beds are very comfy. We appreciated all the extra bath towels. We spend a very relaxing stay. 5 stars all across!

The house was convenient - just a short walk downhill to Morro Bay. The outdoor grill was great and the kitchen had the basics for having meals in. The fridge was quite loud, so not as great a place to hang out. We didn’t mind as we were mostly gone during the day. That worked well as the on street parking was limited to two hours between 8am and 6pm. It wasn’t a problem for us, but if anyone in your group has mobility issues, the tub/shower was a bit hard to get into, mostly due to a tile border all around the tub.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely and the location can’t be beat. We plan to rent it again and both of our sisters are considering stays here.

The house was able to accommodate everyone comfortably. Would stay here again. The only downside was the club around the corner and we could hear the music at night.

One block from Main Street. Didn’t have any problem finding parking, but it was limited to 2 hours during the day. Wasn’t a problem because we were out and about.

Everything was smooth at this place. Just a heads up is that the next door unit is also a vacation rental. The folks next door knew our passcode and unlocked the door and entered while we were at dinner. I requested a change in lock door code and customer service was very responsive! So great place, just one hiccup.

This was our first time to Morro Bay. The house is in a perfect location and walking distance to all that you want a need for a great stay! The house was clean and the layout was perfect for our group. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

The house was exactly what we needed and what is shown in the pictures. Very clean and cute. The neighborhood was conveniently located near the water and many restaurants. There are a fair amount of transient people on the street outside the front door, some asking for money, owing to the fact that here is a laundromat across the street and a liquor store on the corner. We didn’t feel safe keeping the windows open at night.
