The location and the house were great. Walking distance to everything. The house was very well appointed and extremely clean. Would be nice to have some kitchen basics- cooking oil, sugar etc.

Home has everything needed for relaxing from the day to day!! Fast feedback and assistance with tv connection issue. Awesome view of Morro Rock from backyard! Barbecue with a view!! Walking distance shopping, dinner and drinks!

Lots of space, everything is very nice and clean. Step out the door and you're within a couple blocks of pretty much everything that Morro Bay has to offer. We walked everywhere which is awesome.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this place for my birthday weekend with family. Initially, we had a little difficulty figuring out the heating system but it all worked out. The place is clean, spacious and so close to everything. Wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this place.

We loved staying here. The place looks newly remodeled and was super clean. The backyard is huge and we used the grill. We loved that it’s right in the middle of all the restaurants and a very short walk to the water. It seems to be the perfect house in the perfect location. We would definitely stay here again. Oh and really comfy beds!

The property suited us nicely. It was described fairly in ads and reviews. The kitchen was adequate. If you plan on cooking, be aware only salt and pepper are supplied. We enjoyed being able to walk easily to the waterfront and area restaurants. It was a quiet time of year to visit, so there wasn't much traffic noise. The neighborhood was fine during our stay, even though there's a liquor store nearby. We love Morro Bay and have visited many times. We will return and would stay in this house again.

Well-appointed rental in town at Morro Bay.

The home decor right when you pull up with the fun paint colors continues throughout this small duplex. Shared outdoor space caused for limited privacy, but the other renters were very quiet. This home got the job done for our crew of 6! Perfect location for walking distance to all shops, restaurants, farmers market, and the water. Only down side is street parking and not being able to walk to the beach. However, we never had a problem finding parking near the house. Just don't leave valuables in your car or outside! People at all hours walking to liquor store on the corner and laundromat across the street. We had a great stay and will consider another stay at this super adorable beachy home!!!

Nice trip, space was perfect for my son and I to visit his older brother and sister. Parking was easy, end of day usually spots available right in front of the house. Would stay again

Great location for exploring the area, easy walk down to the waterfront, quick drive to Cal Poly and downtown SLO. Street parking was easy to find. House was cute and had everything we needed for a short stay.

The unit is laid out well, is attractively decorated, very clean, and has a lot of light. Murro Bay Rock is impressively visible over the business just to the west of the property. The touristy and well-maintained waterfront is an easy 4 block walk downhill to the west, and the fire department and Albertsons are just 3 blocks uphill to the east. Lots of interesting businesses nearby. The bar down the street was noisy on Wednesday evening, but that ended just after 10pm.A good location for exploring the waterfront. Cayucos is just 6 miles to the north with a great walking beach.

I’m from Maine, visiting my son and family in Elk Grove. We love the Pismo area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Morro Bay. My son spent time working remotely and the home was convenient to walking into town, the Natural History Museum and the Embarcadero. The deck and yard provided good outdoor space for lounging and fairy house boilding! Thank you for a lovely stay, look forward to returning!

My husband and I and our daughter had amazing time there !home very nice !really clean kitchen well organized amazing washer and dryer that we love!!!general this vacation in this town and gorgeous home was incredible amazing!!everything so close by,walking distance!also there’s family living in the property who they are so healthful and very kind !thank you they allow us to use there fireplace for fire pit ❤️

The interior of this unit was nicely furnished and finished. However, I don't believe the property description noted it's a duplex so the backyard and deck is shared. The yard situation is interesting as there's a parked RV in what appears to be the side yard of the unit. Not sure who lives in the RV and their relationship to the property. Morro Bay is a nice town but surprisingly this location had a lot of shady folks walking around at night. Perhaps because it's next to a liquor store and across the street from the laundry mat. In summary, nice unit but uncomfortable surroundings.

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage in Morro Bay. I will be staying there the next time we visit.
