Wonderful property manager(s) who were very accommodating. The property needs some updating and several things were challenging to keep working (hot tub/pool heater, outside and inside tvs). Not all room have private en-suite bathrooms which was unclear from the listing.

Exactly as advertised. Property manager was responsive to minor issues and questions. My friends and I had a lovely girls’ trip!

We had a bachelorette group stay here for the weekend and loved every second. The home is exactly as pictured. Everything is clean and set up for your needs. Perfect location and easy to get to surrounding neighborhoods whether you want to go to the beach or explore the nightlife.

The house manager was very responsive. Location is close to some great restaurants. The beach was farther than we would have liked, but the pool setting at the house helped offset this.

We rented this property for a few days to do some planning as a team of coworkers. We had plenty of space for everybody to have their own bedroom and bathroom, communication with the property manager was wonderful, the pool, and the canal provided great enjoyment between meetings, and the neighborhood was nice for morning runs and jogs Also very close to some great food options!

The property was perfect for our group, walking distance to many things, and the house was clean and accommodating. Would recommend!

The Tropical Waterfront was a great house for a large family gathering. The property managers were wonderful and did everything to make our stay perfect. In some places the house could use a little love but all in all a wonderful place for a gathering.

We celebrated family birthdays at this gorgeous property. Prior to arrival, we asked the owner and property manager for information, and they were outstanding in response time and knowledge. Each of them was very helpful. The house, the pool/patio areas -- all as depicted, with many areas absolutely beautiful. The dining and kitchen area, where everyone spends their time, was large, well-designed and comfortable. Plus, the kitchen had everything in abundance. The location was great, just blocks from the beach. We could go on, but suffice it to say, the property was awesome.

We had such a wonderful time! The place was immaculate and we had so much fun swimming with the beautiful views! Would 100% recommend!

The house is just as described. Its well stocked with towels, kitchen items and outdoor/beach gear. The property managers were so kind, welcoming and responsive.

Clean and comfortable home for group of seven adults on a business retreat. Host and property manager were responsive and recommended a great private chef for us one night.

I can’t say enough about this property . I’ll start with the pictures online , they totally matched the property . What you see is what you get ! The property manager communicated promptly to every text , email . The location was amazing , fingertips to everything you would want to do . Neighborhood was wonderful . The property was clean and had everything you would need . They thought of everything in the kitchen , towels , pool toys floats , beach towels ! We had a fabulous time . I can see why the ratings on this property are superb ! Also space and bedrooms for everyone ! We loved it and can’t say enough ! Thank you to owner and management for exceeding are expectations !!!

We had an outstanding weekend at the Bermuda Riviera property! We had a group of friends from all over the country with 13 adults and 5 kids ranging from 6-13. The house was beautiful and clean, the rooms were very comfortable, and we couldn't believe how even with all of the people in the home it was so spacious that it didn't feel crowded. The outdoor space by the pool is wonderful too. Jairo and Liliana, the property managers, were very helpful and made the whole check in and out process seamless (and they were very patient in helping us figure out how to work the door locks, the AC, the appliances, etc). We are hoping to make this a regular meeting place for our get-togethers with friends! And PS- our private dinner by Chef Rachel was outstanding- highly recommend having her there to prepare a meal for you :)

If you are looking for a place to have a corporate meeting, host the extended family, or group of friends look no further than this house. House is immaculate and the management team is excellent. Great communication before and during the stay and the pool area is incredible. Also great kitchen for group meals with plenty of seating. It worked perfect to have a chef come in and prepare meals(go with Chef Rachel as she is as good as it gets and they have her contact details). Location is key as well as you can walk to the beach or anything else you need in minutes.

Property is beautiful and spacious. It is also close to several stores and restaurants.

I've stayed at this property a few times now and the most recent stay was as perfect as the others. The home is well clean, maintained and perfect for a large group needing a lot of individual bedrooms. I highly recommend Bermuda Riviera!

This property was perfect for our office getaway. We had 12 adults and had plenty of space. There was definitely room for more! It was very clean and beautiful. It was close and within walking distance to anything you could need. The person that managed the property was very easy to reach and responded almost immediately to any concerns we had while staying at the property. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a large property that accommodates a lot of people.

So much praise for this fantastic property! The owner and the property manager were amazing to work with and both the inside and outside of the property were exactly as shown/promised. This property exceeded our expectations. We will most definitely return.

Perfect for 15 family members from 3 generations. Great kitchen, pool and spa nicely shaded by palm trees, Beach a 3 block walk. 9 bedrooms, 1 without a bathroom, 1 without a window. Plenty of room to sit and dine poolside. Manager Jairo very responsive.

This made the perfect place for 12 of us ranging 47-62 to gather and enjoy food, friendship in a wonderful property that was absolutely perfect for us. The place was well equipped, organized, great property manager who was on top of everything! We were so happy and would definitely recommend this to anyone asking.

The property was just as they said it would be. We had 2 Birthday parties there during our stay and there was 10 of us and we had many bedrooms we did not use because there is so much room. We loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddles board right in the backyard!

This home is stunning and so well kept. It had several features that were pleasant surprises (like a fully stocked pool room with plenty of floats and pool toys and a heated toilet LOL). We took full advantage of the paddle boards and kayaks available which was such a treat for everyone. The pool and hot tub were both well heated upon arrival. Our stay included 14 people ages ranging from 10 to 77 and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The only feedback our friends and family gave as far as potential improvements was that many of the beds were squeaky, especially the garage apartment. We had an older couple choose that room and they said they woke up every time one of them moved. Outside of that, the property manager was so quick to respond when we couldn't figure out how to operate the stove and was wonderful to work with. It was a joy to stay here and the group is already talking about another visit in the future. Thank you!

I took a group of 9 guys to this property for 3 nights. It was a work trip with some relaxation built in. The property was perfect for daytime meetings, complete with a large TV that could be used to project. Beautiful home and well kept.

Finding a well-maintained and equipped property for 15+ adults is difficult, but this place hit the bid. Clean, bright, capable, all of it. Good location, excellent pool, tons of cooking gear to use in the kitchen. Go for it.

All was great with the exception of the comfort of some of the mattresses and pillows. I would suggest taking your own pillow. Most of the ones in the house are very thin.

Celebrating a big birthday year with college friends - the house was beautiful, clean , and spacious . We loved the pool and hot tub where we hung out most the time. We chose the house so everyone could have their own room - the only room that was iffy was the room in the garage as you felt you were actually sleeping in a garage ( no windows/garage door). It may be fine for a young family that needs quiet and dark for a baby.
