Rooms were spacious. Beds comfy. Liked having the kitchen (no stove) and liked using real dishes. AC was working well. Great city view from the 18th floor. Friendly front desk. Secure parking. Great free breakfast. Good shower pressure. Clean. Elevators. Loved the pool on the 5th floor. Price was good. Went to see a concert in Fort Lauderdale 😎

Pool lounge chairs are very uncomfortable. Metal was very hard. Plastic or other material would have been much more comfortable. Please change or add soft cushions on entire lounger

Stained couch, stained nightstand , didn’t like the crowd that was gathered in the game room off the lobby when I arrived.

Location was great. Restaurants & museums were in walking distance.

Close to railway. If your room is located on the wrong end of building you can hear the train passing by.

El desayuno estuvo bueno y cumple . Pero podría ser mejor sobre todo existiendo más fruta y panes.

Breakfast was amazing! Lobby and pool area was comfortable and had activities for the kids. The pool was a decent size and clean.

Parking is $30 for a pass to the garage, or you paid for parking by the hour across the street.

La piscine chauffée très agréable, le billard,le babyfoot et les cafés à disposition gratuitement, la taille de la chambre, les produits de salle de bain de qualité (shampooing, gel douche et crème pour le corps)

The room was spacious and modern! I love that you were given dishes, a dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. Also, there is plenty of space on counters and drawers. The room was very clean and comfortable! The staff were friendly and the breakfast was pretty good!

The parking garage was full upon our arrival (around 10pm) so we had to pay for parking on the street. Also, the area can be pretty sketchy due to high volumes of homeless people.

The games and seating in the lobby are great.

Our room was absolutely filthy. The tile floor was visibly dirty, the carpet tiles were stained. Within an hour of my kids running around the room barefoot, their feet were black.

Very clean and confortable room. The breakfast was included and it was great. We had an issue with the shower drain, we called the hotel desk and they sent someone to fix it immediately.

We have a vegan family member. Having more vegan choices for breakfast would be amazing

It was a lot bigger than we thought it would be and was very comfortable. The bed was nice and big and the bedding was if good quality, giving us a good nights sleep.

Room only cleaned every other day. It was spring break in the USA which we didn’t realise existed till we went there. The hotel was full of Uni students creating mayhem. Impossible to get a chair or lounger at the pool area.

No tiene parqueo y lo cobran aparte, y no funcionó el agua caliente y nos nos indicaron que el tubo era al revés agua caliente x fría

El personal es muy amable, es moderno y está en muy buen estado. El desayuno estuvo muy bien con varias opciones calientes. Los wafles increíbles !

Podria ser mejor el aseo del tapete de los corredores.

El hotel, instalaciones, desayuno incluido, facilidad de accesibilidad, si no estaba tan centrico, tampoco esta lejos de ninguna parte importante en Fort Lauderdale como Boulevard Las Olas, Playas y el puerto para embarcarse en crucero.

Pedi especificamente que me hicieran el aseo al segundo día que estuve en el hotel y no lo hicieron. Pedi esto con el identificador de la puerta y en recepción y llegue por la noche al hotel y camas sin hacer, aseo no hecho, basura no recogida. Por el precio es justo que diariamente den esta atención. Ademas quienes tenemos familia e hijos bebes requerimos el aseo por pañales.

el desayuno, dijeron que inicia 6:30 estábamos ahí y no estaba listo! debíamos viajar

L'hôtel est bien. Je dis bien et non très bien. Notre chambre (studio avec coin cuisine) était suffisamment grande pour 4 personnes. Chambre très bien insonorisée. Une très grande douche avec tous les produits pour se laver en quantité. De superbes serviettes épaisses. Parties communes propres

Poussière présente dans la salle de bain. Verrou de la porte de salle qui reste bloqué. Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur car petite salle et peu de choix. Pas de fruits frais (pas d ananas, d oranges épluchées, de salade de fruits). Mais le gros problème selon moi est l emplacement. Il est proche de Las Olas mais beaucoup de sdf défoncés à proximité. Quel dommage !

The neighbourhood is atrocious............ homeless abound

The room was very comfortable. 5 adults slept comfortably. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.

Their were a lot of homeless people in the area which made me a little uncomfortable. They snuck in during breakfast and stole food.

Check in at 16h is kind of late but not a big deal.

The pool was great! Easy to walk places.

Our room was dingy smelling and I’ve been trying to call for weeks and no return phone call in regards to something that was left behind.

I personally did not eat breakfast but my family did and I heard no complaints.

What I didn’t like was that they canceled our reservation because I changed my card number. No one called me or emailed me like they lied and said they did to update my payment information. They just went ahead and canceled a family of 6 to be stranded in their lobby coming from Canada. It was a horrible experience to start our cruise. After hours of us sitting in their lobby, they knew we weren’t going anywhere because we had no where to sleep, all hotels around there were sold out. They canceled someone else and gave us that room. It was horrible! I never had an experience like that in my whole life!!
