We had 10 girls here for a bachelorette trip and we had an absolute blast! This property is beautiful, private, and has all the amenities you’d need! I only left a 4 star for neighborhood because of the noise restrictions past 10 pm. However, we stayed in the house or at the bars usually at night time and it wasn’t an issue. We couldn’t find enough forks for our large group but the property manager brought some for us quickly! Communication was always clear and quick. I highly recommend this property for any large group event!

Such a fun house in a great location! A short walk to the beach, coffee shops, ice cream shop and restaurants made everything so convenient. The check in process was easy and communication with the owner was outstanding. The pool and hot tub were clean and the heat for the pool worked well. We had 11 people staying at the house and it never felt crowded. The house backs up to a busy road but the backyard has lots of waterfall features that drowns out the noise of the road making the backyard so peaceful and relaxing. We definitely recommend this place for your next getaway.

We had a great time in this property . We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor spaces provide many options for gathering with your family . Communication and location was great . Could have an update for the bunk beds and media room but we were still able to enjoy both spaces . Kitchen is a bit small but it has everything you need including plates , cups, baking needs , toaster , blender, coffe maker , etc
I recommend this house for large families since the outdoor has alot of potential to enjoy!!

The property is exactly as described. I was walked through the property by the host, who took the time to show me everything I needed to take advantage of all the amenities the property offered. I like to cook, and I was very surprised at all the pots/pans and cooking utensils that were available and placed in logical locations around the kitchen. The outdoor area was perfect to lounge around and the pool and hot tubs were used every day. The grill that was supplied worked well and is big enough for a large group. The kitchen appliances were fantastic, from gas range to massive fridge/freezer/wine cooler. The house is on a huge property with great access to the beach. I highly recommend this location!

The location and house were perfect for our group of 11 total! Lots of space, so many beautiful outdoor areas and a short walk to the beach. Communication was top notch and fast. House review and directions were clear and easy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed every part of our stay! Thankyou Zach!

We spent at week at this Ft. Lauderdale location-grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren-numbering 9 in all. The layout is excellent (all on one floor) and the property provides a great deal of safety, privacy and space. Note that bedroom 5 is part of the poolhouse and exercise area. The pool is terrific. The management with Zachary and Warren is absolutely superb. House neat, clean, exactly as represented on website, and great location to beach and airport.

Amazing home
The home is better then advertised, there is no way to explain how great it truly is. The short walk to the beach, the salt water pool, the gym, volleyball, hammocks, sauna, private gates, it just keeps giving.

Nothing Like It
This home is perfect for a large group. There are small gardens to enjoy; the beautiful swimming pool is great for the large group. The bedrooms have lots of room and good beds. It is located in a wonderful area of Ft. Lauderdale. If you want the perfect house, this is it!

Great place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect get away that entire family enjoyed. You really don’t need to leave the property. Zac was a great host always available. Will book again for sure.

Private Oasis
From the first inquiry to the final goodbye, this was the perfect vacation! Eight girlfriends needing a warm getaway...perfect ! The house was spotless and decorated beautifully. Sprawling ranch that gave us all a little private space (if you wanted). The exterior landscaping is a tropical oasis. The pool was the perfect size and temperature. Every amenity you could possibly want. Plus we had perfect weather. Neighborhood is great for walking and beach is short walk (but we only went one day because we didn’t want to leave our yard). All agreed it’ll be tough to beat this gem. Thanks much Zach and gang for the attention to detail and awesome accommodations!!!
