Very good property to stay for. I personally liked this hotel. Great ambience, good food, well behaved staffs and prime location. one of the best property.

Room size is very small hotel had taken 250 for providing same deluxe room on 2nd floor. he said it is super deluxe but i could not find any difference in room size and other things.

The tap was broken. No dirty paper and hand wash. Service is slow.

Location is somewhat close to Airport. The property is on main road with good Parking & close access to shopping malls & supermarket within 50 meters.

The Bathroom was in really bad condition. It's stings & smells really bad. Bath towels, bedsheets and comforters were pretry old. Overall it was an average experience.

The staff was saying Air condition mentioned in the browser is not air condition it means Windows open , and was having discussion after taking the payment and said can’t cancel when we asked to cancel . After a long discussion at the mid night at 1pm have agreed . Such a worst staff .

He collected Rs 500 extra but resign I don't know
