Lovely place but some of us had difficulty in walking up the hill to the residence after a day of touring. It is not a big hill. Rather dark down Hillside at night. We had a snow fall and there was a leak in the flat roof and water was running down the wall. It didn't affect us but we were worried about the damage that could have happened on the ceiling. Beds were comforable and there was room for the 5 of us. Driveway was a little steep and backing out was a tad difficult. We did have a great time. I think in warmer weather the patios would have been great.

Two adults (cousins) and two young men enjoyed this property for several days during the International Folk Art Market. We loved the location which made for nice walks to breakfast and dinner downtown. The historic property was comfortable and met our needs. We felt like we were staying in a friends home! We did not use patio as it was not really 'rental ready" and we didn't feel wiping everything down (hence the 4 stars on cleanliness). Would definitely rent this property again!

We loved staying in this lovely home with multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy, and a short walk to many fun places to eat and shop. The check-in process was a bit bumpy as the keys had not been left in the lockbox for us, so it took several calls and some driving back and forth before we got in. But after that, everything was perfect.

The property is accurately listed, well appointed and fun to stay there. However, a few things needed repair (toilet constantly ran water) and left a message on the weekend with the property management company and never got a call back.

This house was beautiful home, excellent location. Very musty smell in master. Unable to sleep there. Mold in one bathroom. Reported both, management did not seem interested. Again, excellent location, beautiful old home!

This lovely home was beautiful and inviting, both inside and out. The decor was stunning and everything we needed was right at our fingertips. One suggestion from our friend would be to make the twin beds a bit more comfortable in regards to mattress selection. The king bed was perfect.

Great location. Within walking distance to downtown and Canyon Rd.. Nice outdoor patio areas to enjoy mornings and evenings. Comfortable master bed but both sets of twin beds were not at all comfortable. Adult kids ended up sleeping on the couches. Local management company was very good at responding to issues (Santa Fe is experiencing problems with sugar ants - don’t leave any food items on kitchen counters). Only big complaint was with the corporate owning management company - VTrips. Two weeks before our trip I requested an extra day. I waited for a response but nothing. Tried calling numerous times.left messages nothing.. finally got through and they said extra day requested was booked by some else 7 days after my request. They blamed VRBO. Before you book with VTrips check out their reviews. My experience is typical.

Great property, but the local management company is only available by phone or in person M-F 8-5. So if you rent on a weekend and have any concerns you are sending emails, texts, or leaving messages that are never responded to..

An authentic mix of local feel and history tucked into a quiet neighborhood.

We were very pleased with this rental. More than enough room for just the two of us - multiple places to be while one of us was taking a nap. Nice to have two bathrooms. Master bed was very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen as we cooked breakfast each morning and ate in the dining room and had coffee either on the patio or in the living room area. And it was within walking distance to the plaza and shops and restaurants but very quiet being in a neighborhood. We would definitely rent this home again.

I was very impressed with the home and the furnishings. I also have a 5 star VRBO home and know the importance of a well furnished home and the importance of easy check in and communication. You will not be disappointed with this wonderful home.

It was our second time at this property. It is a beautiful and extremely relaxing property. The managers were seamless. The kitchen has it all. We cook a lot when we travel and it’s fantastic. We are so grateful that this property is still available for rent after many years and that it is so well maintained. It feels like a home away from home. Thank you.

The house is a great combination of Santa Fe charm and proximity to the Plaza. We walked to dinner every night which saves the hassle of Plaza parking. Great location and great house. If there is snow, a 4-wheel drive is handy for getting into the driveway. Alternatively, street parking seemed readily available. We would rent this again.

Property is professionally managed so clean with efficient check in and check out. We'll decoarated, cool (small) adobe home within walking distance of Plaza and Canyon road. Master is very nice, be aware other two bedrooms are very cozy (you have to go through one bedroom or shared bathroom to reach the other). Kitchen is nice if somewhat dated. Overall a very nice house and good value for money, we enjoyed our stay.

We recently spent 3 nights at harmony house and will definitely be back. The location is within walking distance of downtown and it is big enough to fit our big family. The heater took a little while to get going but other than that we overall had an amazing experience.

Great location. Beautiful home. Well stocked. Plenty of room for socializing among old friends. Only complaint? The hot water runs out fast. Three out of six of us had cold showers.

This property is within walking distance to the plaza which is full of shops, history and lots of great restaurants! Parking is expensive ($2/half hour), so we walked! It is uphill coming back to the house. We enjoyed the numerous patios where there was plenty of room to enjoy the great weather and even did our own yoga. The main dining room had plenty of room to play games. There were only 3 wine glasses, and no coffee, so these are two things that would have been nice to have available to us. Showering with 6 ladies was a challenge and we did run out of water, but we learned to go quick and try to spread them out. FYI, the driveway is steep and our Nissan Altima rental rubbed each time we went in/out the driveway. We did not have this problem with the mid size suv. There were plenty of towels which was an original concern with so many ladies. The house had plenty of local guides that were fun to look at. Picking up and dropping off the key at a different location was not a problem. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful telling us the must see attractions and recommend restaurants. It was a great trip and we would definitely come back to this property.

We rented this house for a family trip to escape the Texas August heat. It was my husband and I, our two boys (10 and 12) and one set of grandparents. The house worked well for our group. My initial impression of the house was that it is completely adorable!! So darn authentic and cute!!!! Luckily the furniture is not period and is very comfortable. The 3 outdoor living areas are beautiful. It was nice to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine on the patio. The house is clean and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. I was happy to see trash bags, laundry detergent, ziplock bags etc. There is a washer and dryer too. The location is GREAT! Almost all the houses claim to be with in walking distance of the square but this one is truly a short walk. The neighborhood is quiet and very peaceful. A couple things a potential renter should be aware of: the keyword to this 1930 adobe house is 'authentic,' that means the bathrooms too. They are not in bad shape, just don't expect a large shower or a jetted soaking tub. Speaking of authentic, the kitchen is very cute but don't expect a large, open room with professional grade appliances. Everything works, is clean and well kept. It may be a bit of a stretch to call the house air conditioned. There is a window unit in the living room which pretty efficiently cools the main part of the house but the bedrooms (particularly the master and small room at the back of the house) don't get a lot of A/C. Luckily, Santa Fe nights are cool so it was barely a problem. The management company was very responsive to my request to book the property and answered all our questions promptly during our stay. Would I rent this cute house again? Yes. The location, patios, cleanness and cuteness overrule small showers and the A/C turned out to be okay for the most part.
