Al Safwa has been our first choice every time we go to Mekka, the location, facility, and staff very close to Haram & has a mall inside it with lots of restaurants and shops, mini supermarket as well

This time with Ramadan season and crowded hotels, we had a no-view room that faced the inside of the building, and very poor sunlight, also we were 4, but 2 beds only had proper blankets while the other 2 beds had a duvet that was so light and when we called for extra blankets the staff told us they could provide only one blanket!!! And they sent us the brought old blankets, not even soft one I even asked to pay extra and get an upgrade, but they said no available rooms we complained, and we were promised to get the proper ones, nothing until the morning time when we finally spoke to the management, who moved us to a better room

We liked its location

The hotel is close to the Haram. The rooms are more spacious than other hotels in the Abraj.

Location was excellent, next to the Clock tower, and lots of options for food nearby. It's very close to Haram e Makkah. Our room was spacious, with 4 single comfy beds. The onsite dinner was good. The Manager even gave us a discount on the overall bill:) Lifts were plenty and very quick to arrive, you won't need to wait at all for the lifts. The onsite Masjid with live connection to Haram can be used if one can not attend prayers at the Haram for any reason. It has ample space for males and females

The breakfast buffet should have more international items. The Wifi was very slow. At the time of check in and check out, we had to walk up and down the road leading to the hotel entrance as it is closed to the taxis an hour prior to the prayer time. We carried our luggage with us too. The hotel should inform the guests about this issue in advance and should rectify it if possible.
