Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück war gut
Am Tag wurde eine private Poolparty gefeiert. Sehr laut, viele Menschen und mit viel Alkohol. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel definitiv bereut!

I instantly felt comfortable walking in the front door. Rooms were also very comfortable. Friendly staff. Smoke free.
Everything at the “snack bar” was way over priced. Paid like $30 for 3 snacks and 2 bottle of soda. A bottle of water was $6.

It's a nice hotel in a great location but it is for pleasure trips only. I would suggest avoiding it for any business trips, as per my 'didn't likes' below.
I just stayed here a few weeks earlier with my husband for our anniversary and liked it so much, I chose it for this business stay to host an open house for two rental properties. The night before, I inquired at the front desk how to print flyers for my event. The lady gave me a card with an email address on it, and said to send to them and they'd print for 25 cents a copy. In the morning, I emailed the flyers to address and went downstairs to collect. The new woman at the front desk couldn't care less. She just got there and had things to do before she could print anything for me, and told me how easy the self-print option was and that I should do it myself. I told her that no one informed me about any self-printer and showed her the card with the email address. She finally printed one copy begrudgingly but they were off-scale, like something was wrong with her printer so I decided to try the 'easy' self-print option. See picture of steps below. Once you email it from your room, there are SIX STEPS required for printing. It wasn't intuitive so I still needed her help. She walked me through all the steps, then I asked how I could print 80 copies but she said it only prints one at a time. In other words, I was going to have to EMAIL IT 80 TIMES and then do each of the 6 STEPS 80 MORE TIMES EACH. I asked her if she could just take the printed one and copy it for me. She did so begrudgingly and said she was going to charge me 25 cents each.
During this stressful event on the morning of my open house, I relayed to her my positive hotel experience at my last open house. I stayed at the Varsity Clubs of America (Speedway/Alvernon) and all I had to do was email them the flyers. They then printed them all with a smile and it was totally free and super easy. She couldn't care less.
Next time I'm in Tucson on business, I will definitely stay at the Varsity Clubs.

The rooftop pool overlooking the cathedral was great. Our bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The location was close walking distance to several bars and restaurants. The parking was covered which was great because it was 110 degrees. I would stay here again. It was a good value for the money.
Overall, I liked the hotel and would stay here again. My only negative was the water pressure in the shower could've been better. Also, the breakfast was very average but it was free so that was a plus. Note the additional charge for parking in the fine print.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice. We left before the breakfast was put out but there was coffee and that was enough given the early departure.
Staff was super friendly and helpful.

We were so happy with our stay here. The staff were all so friendly. The property and our room was clean and well maintained. We appreciated being able to go down in the morning to get breakfast. We really enjoyed relaxing around the pool. Best of all was the location. We couldn't have picked a better location. There were so many restaurants in the area we could walk to. And if you like the theater, the Arizona Theater was just a three minute walk from the hotel. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again if we were to visit Tucson again.
We would have liked a safe in our room.

Newer property, feels as such. Friendly staff and complimentary breakfast. The pool area is also very nice. The gym is clean and has a Peloton.

Great location, all brand new hotel, big room for 5, nice breakfast, easy & safe parking, nice pool area, friendly staff
no big deal, but you can hear footsteps and noise from room above and I think it is because of poor insulation between floors. The room below even complained, although we were only walking normally and were really not noisy at all. Again, this was not a big deal, but considering that this is brand new building, they could have build a better insulated building..,

The location of the hotel was fantastic. Close to restaurants and bars and close to a tram stop. Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable, however, the pillow options weren’t great if you are used to a firm pillow, even the firm pillows that were brought up weren’t that firm.
The pool area is fantastic, although the pool chairs aren’t as comfortable as they could be if they had cushions.
Not sure why housekeeping only came once in the five nights we stayed, weren’t really given a reason and covid is long over.

The facility is gorgeous, the breakfast was good and the location was fabulous, only a few blocks from Congress St restaurants. Loved the room soaps.
The bed was hard and the bathroom outlets did not work.

didn't like much at all. Guess I put this in the wrong part of your survey No anti bacteria soap...but I could buy it downstairs 🤔😡cheap on your part esp since rooms are expensive. When wiping table in breakfast same dirty rag and no disinfectant. Pancake mix usually empty and took long minutes to replace. Person upstairs from me walked like an elephant... floors could be more sound proof. Front desk talked to her once...same behavior at 2am. I asked for a reduction in cost but said they were not responsible for a guest's actions...for two nights I got very little sleep after being woken in the middle of the night and very early in the morning. I called the room and nicely asked not to walk so loudly. Front desk said two sides to every story and person upstairs said I was harassing her. front desk said I should not have called but the problem was ongoing and not solved by staff. They could have moved me to top floor but never offered. I was quoted 185 for rooms by booking.com and they could do nothing about it . Booking negotiate with hotel so they could have done something I. I was charged 222 instead.
