3 families stayed from the 28th to August 4th. Amazing clean place! Great location and near everything. Very spacious and lots of in house entertainment. Overall, this was an amazing getaway for a week indoors and outdoors. The hosts are very accommoadating and very quick to respond to any of our questions. Very welcoming! Will definitely come back! Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The owners are very responsive. The house was spacious enough for 8 people. Our children loved the pool! Great outdoor space. If you’re traveling in June, do know there are a fair share of mosquitoes and there were ants. However, we would definitely consider renting again!

From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience for our group of 8. When initially scouting the property online, the owners were super-responsive to our many questions. We were 2 moms planning a Senior Spring Break for our daughters and wanted a fun, safe South Florida experience that everyone would be happy with. This place delivered above and beyond. The backyard pool was an Oasis along with the sitting/dining areas. The property is so well thought out for every need. There was a debris in the pool when we arrived and the owner’s immediately responded and sent someone to clean. The kitchen and spacious dining area was FABULOUS for the nights that we cooked ate in. We rented a golf cart and a few bikes for beach runs, which was super close to the house. Also close was the Coral Ridge mall for Target, Publix and some other shops. It could not have been any more ideal. The neighborhood was safe and surrounding properties were beautiful. Any questions I had during our stay were handled by the property owners immediately and with utmost care and respect. The home inside was clean and had so many features ideal for a relaxing beach stay. We could have ALL happily stayed for a few more weeks, which is saying a LOT for 6 teens! If I could give this home and it’s many, many features a 10 out of 5 I would. Thank you for an incredible, relaxing, happy experience! We made lifetime memories. If coming to this area again, we would be sure to stay in this property again. ❤️

Great house overall. Hosts are incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. Our family had a fabulous time and the house great. Pool is large and gets lots of sun so water temp was great, and there are covered areas and umbrella to avoid sun if you want. Huge couch for watching NCAA games and movies as well. Would recommend and stay here again. Checking in and leaving is super easy too (I hate when places make you do tons of work before leaving - not here). No surprise because again the hosts (Alexis and Mario) aim to please and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant and easy as possible.

The kids loved the pool too! Great location, close enough to all of the amenities but in a quiet neighborhood. Access to the beach was easy, just a 5 min drive. We had 7 adults ranging from 21-60. The house was perfect for our long weekend getaway to see our Patriots play in Miami. The property was clean, organized, and had everything we needed. The pool, outside bar, and great room were where we spend all of our time there. With 7 adults we never felt on top of each other. We walked to dinner twice during our stay. There are so many restaurants within walking distance. The beach is also very close and with in walking distance. Overall, I will stay here every time I'm in the area. Perfect property for a small or large party. Great area, wonderful host who is highly responsive, and a clean, well maintained home.

If you’re looking for a charming, quiet, and safe neighborhood for your family trip to Ft. Lauderdale, this house is it! It’s perfect for a family with kids of all ages. The house is beautiful and spacious, while also encouraging quality time together. When I tell you this house is stocked with any appliance you could possibly need, I mean it! The house is not only a quick drive down to many stores, it’s also a quick drive to the beach! The back yard is absolutely beautiful, and we all spent hours in and around the pool every day we were there. We also enjoyed the outside lounging and cooking area. The weather was amazing during our stay. The hosts were fantastic and quick to answer if we had any questions. They left us goodies to celebrate the New Year which we appreciated greatly. You truly can’t go wrong with this rental! Alexis and Mariano thank you so very much for being such a kind and wonderful host! We will see you again soon.

Our hosts were very friendly, helpful, professional, quick to respond and accommodating. We come to Florida every year for a family vacation and love the area. The house was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful backyard/pool. The pool had a wrap around safety net/gate which was wonderful for our small children. It is easily able to be removed for those who don't wish to have it. We let them know ahead of time that we had a toddler with us and they went above and beyond to provide a high chair and pack and play! They also had beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers to complete our beach day trip. We had plenty of room for our party of 10. The only thing that could have made this a perfect trip is a heated pool. We always come over Thanksgiving and usually have very warm weather, but it was cooler this year and the water was pretty cold. This limited our swimming time a bit. Other than that, I would strongly recommend Mariano and Alexis for your future hosts. :)

We spent about a week at this house and fell in love with it. The two renting out the property were very prompt at getting back to us with any questions and made us feel extremely welcome. It was one of the bast stays we’ve had in Florida and we’ll definitely look them up for our next stay. 10/10 with everything.

This house was a perfect fit for my group of friends looking to spend a weekend getaway. The house is lovely, spacious, and super comfortable and cute. The thing that I like the most was the attention to detail put in by the hosts. Everything we could possibly need were there and things we didn’t even think we need were also there. La casa esta muy bien ubicada. Hay lugares muchos lugares para ir de compras, comer, hay cine y la playa esta a solo minutos de la casa. El barrio es muy tranquilo y los vecinos son muy simpaticos. La casa esta muy bien equipada y distribuida. La decoracion es esplendida. Sin dudas un lugar muy recomendable para pasar las vacaciones con la familia y amistades.

We booked this house for a family reunion and we were not disappointing. The hosts were so kind and left us sweets for the kids, snacks, beverages, and even wine. The house itself is so big and the backyard is very secluded and well distributed. The decor was very nice and the house is perfect for groups as it has many spaces to share.
