Checkin process was clear and straightforward. House was clean when arrived and included towels, beach chairs, beach toys, fishing poles, etc. Small issues with the freezer and dishwasher were promptly handled by Meredith. There was plenty of space in the house for the 9 of us (6 adults and 3 kids). The reason for the 4 stars was the pool. The first two days of our stay it was cloudy and green, so no one swam. After the pool company showed up and added chemicals, the pool clear up in the afternoon of day 3. Throughout our stay we struggled to figure out using the water fall, heater, spa bubbles, etc

We are definitely willing to stay there again

We had a wonderful family vacation to Fort Lauderdale. The house is beautiful and location was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in Ft Lauderdale. The back pool area was very relaxing and the king bed suite was like sleeping on a cloud. In-law suite was perfect for our college daughter w her girlfriend. Our teenage son and friend had other side of house to themselves was plenty of room with private space for everyone. Kitchen is fully stalked with all the essentials PLUS more!! We had a great time. Meredith was responsive and accommodating. Very pleasant and helpful. She and her husband treated us as if we were at home. Beautiful house and pool area. Very clean and well maintained. Very well worth it. We would not hesitate to rent from her in the future. Thank you!

This home is clean, comfortable, well organized, and provides everything one would need during your stay. We very much appreciated and enjoyed the coffee and tea bar, snacks, and the convenience of the condiments.

We had a wonderful time at this oasis of a house The house was fully stocked with amenities from snacks to coffee to shower items The location couldn’t be better We were within 2 miles of the beach restaurants and kayaking guides The grill was of professional quality and we were able to cook 6 big steaks and shrimp skewers at the same time for a “pool night” dinner with ease The house easily held 7 adults without feeling cramped . What a great time !!!

From the time we arrived till the time we left we were overwhelmed with the house, the location, and especially the owners. We didn't want to leave. Beautiful sunsets on the water and weather was awesome. Thanks for everything

We loved the house. It was centrally located and most everything was accessible within a 5 minute drive. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The bedrooms and kitchen were beautiful and spacious.

This property was amazing! The house was beautiful and the pool leading into the lake was gorgeous. The location is absolutely perfect , close to so many restaurants and shops and so close to Las Olas. We had an absolutely fabulous time and Meredith was so easy to work with . Highly recommend and would love to go back!!

This property is a lovely house that fit 8 adults very comfortably. The pool and extra items such as a coffee station and fully stocked kitchen made it the stay that much better. The owner was reachable on both arriving and leaving the property making it very easy. We hope to come back to the property again soon.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful property. It is a short trip to the beach and Las Olas. I enjoyed sitting on the back deck and looking over the water. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was great. House was beautiful and had more than enough room for all of us to have our own space. Pool/back yard was perfectly maintained. Neighborhood felt safe at night to walk around. Looking forward to staying there again.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The home was very clean and had a ton of great amenities - pretty much anything you could need, and if there was anything that we lacked, Meredith was extremely responsive! The property itself was what made our vacation unforgettable! The infinity pool was awesome and the lakefront serene! We saw turtles, birds and lots of other wildlife. We brought our children and traveled with family and there was something for everyone! Very close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. We hope to visit again some days, and would certainly recommend to others. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

We enjoyed our stay in Fort Lauderdale. The home was warm, inviting, and very clean. Everyone had their own space and the gourmet kitchen and poolside areas became our sanctuaries. A plumbing and pool issue came up and Meredith responded almost immediately and the issues were fixed. The home is located blocks from shopping and grocery, and we enjoyed the sunsets, iguanas and bird watching along the pond and streets. Would love to visit again!

The experience staying at this property was great. We were a group of 60 plus year olds on a golf trip. The house was very nicely decorated and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. Meredith was super responsive with communication. The views were magnificent. We would stay at this property again.

Meredith went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness with our experience at this property. The kitchen was stocked to the upmost attention and the entire house was incredibly clean. We felt very safe and loved our stay. Note that the spa and pool are not heated.

We enjoyed our week of celebrating our daughters birthday. She brought a friend and we brought Grampy. Everyone loved the house, the location and all the adventures we had during our stay. Such a beautiful home that provided our family with many new memories. We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday with his siblings and spouses. The house was perfect with all the comforts of home. The backyard provided a lovely view with an awesome pool. Meredith was super easy to communicate with which made the planning so smooth. The first day there , I texted her to ask if there was a way to play music with a blue tooth speaker. The next morning at 7:30am there was a JBL speaker was at the door! We loved how there were snacks, coffee, and water at the house when we arrived. Can't get better hospitality than that! Lots of space to hang out whether in the living room, gorgeous kitchen, or poolside. So much thought went into making our stay perfect. Thank you for letting us use your home to celebrate! This is the perfect house and a super find!

This property exceeded our expectations! It is like staying in your own private resort. The house: We enjoyed the house both inside and out—breakfast by the pool and watching the sunset over the lake. The view from the back patio is stunning! The kitchen is fully equipped; we found everything we needed for making our Christmas dinner. All the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. Trader Joe’s is walking distance. The beach and Las Olas are 10 minutes away. The host: Meredith was very easy to communicate with. She answered all our requests and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
