Loved the proximity to shops and food and the neighborhood is very quaint albeit in progress of being built… wonderful place to relax with friends after seeing a concert at the Tucson arena… we will definitely stay here again when going to a concert in tucson

The location was perfect for where we wanted to be. The home was walking distance to the mercado that we like to visit when in Tucson. Also, the surrounding neighborhood was gorgeous.

The property is very nice and in a cool area. However, we had some issues at checkin which they sent someone out the next afternoon to rectify. Our other issue is the bedding. The listing shows 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed. There were not any sheets at this property to put on the sofa bed. We were traveling with 4 people. 1 couple and 2 individuals that needed their own beds. I reached out to Vacasa and their response was that yes they were aware there were not extra sheets on site. Basically, oh well. I text back to ask why when the pull out couch was featured in the listing and they never responded to that text. We had to purchase a set of sheets ourselves.

We loved this place. It's close to downtown, on the SunLink route and right next to my favorite coffee shop in Tucson, (Decibel Coffee Works) and other cute shops.

Very nice condo. The layout of the complex made it difficult to find the front door (which wasn't really usable because there was no parking near it). It was nice to have garage access, but it would help to have the unit's address at the door. Getting into and out of the garage was tight, but it was worth the effort to have the garage. Having an available washer and dryer influenced my decision to book the unit. There were plenty of restaurants located nearby. Overall, a clean and nicely furnished unit.

THE spot to stay while visiting Tucson. Walking distance to hikes, restaurants, bakery, coffee, nightlife, etc. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

This beautiful townhome was a wonderful spot for our visit to Tucson and Saguaro National Park. It was centrally located, clean and well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the property had everything that we needed.

Menlo Magic was a convenient location for our visit to Tucson. We were close to downtown and Interstate 10. The home fit our needs perfectly and it was comfortable.

Nice place located in an up and coming neighborhood. Well appointed with two comfortable bedrooms, living area and kitchen. Not far from downtown area which is tram accessible. Walking distance to Seis Mexican restaurant, coffee bar and bakery.

This home was perfect in every way for my wife and I! It's super spacious with a really cool design and very tastefully decorated. The area is also really cool with some nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. Decibel coffee across the way is delicious! There are hiking trails within a mile and another couple 2-3 miles away. We didn't cook but as far as I could tell, they accounted for everything you would need. Thank you, we will be back next time we visit Tucson.

The property was exactly as pictured. Neighborhood is quiet and close to morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The MSA Annex offers some shopping as well as dining options. Communications with host were timely.

A wonderful place in a fantastic neighborhood. Clean, comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen and nice beds. The wifi is a little weak if you have to work, but hopefully you don’t need to! Thanks for a very nice stay.

This was our second stay at this property in 18 months. It remains a very nicely-appointed rental in a great location, close to the shops and eateries of the Mercado San Agustin and its hip extension, the MSA Annex. There were a couple of cleanliness/maintenance issues that we've drawn the attention of the property manager to, but they were relatively minor. I'm confident they will be addressed. We will certainly consider returning on our next trip to Tucson.

I absolutely love this home. It’s so welcoming and beautiful. It feels like going home.
The furnishings, the location, the comfortable beds. I love it all.
If I could make one recommendation it would be to include some spices and oils to help with cooking. If there had been some salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar it would have been appreciated. The kitchen is so beautiful, you want cook something.

We stayed in this beautiful condo while in Tucson for our grandson’s wedding. It was perfect! Great location. Super clean. High end appliances. Lovely decor. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Tasteful high end finishes, architectural features and Italian appliances in this beautiful town house with attached garage. Location was perfect- near shops, restaurants and downtown. Highly recommend!

Lovely place close to U of A but far enough away from the chaos of parents weekend! The home is beautifully decorated and has all the necessary amenities. Super easy check in & out. Beds were amazingly comfortable!! We did lose Wi-Fi connection but it came back within an hour or so. Towels were scratchy but not a big issue when everything else was great!

From the moment we entered Menlo Magic, we were impressed with the quality, appearance, and cleanliness of it. It was so perfectly decorated. Location to coffee shops, restaurants, and the free tram is superb. All are within a couple of blocks. Everything we needed for our cooking needs and our conversation areas were provided. Towels and sheets were of the highest quality! We will definitely recommend! Thanks for making the first stop on our Arizona holiday a most enjoyable one!

What a beautiful place! The finishes are high-end and stunning and the pictures don't do it enough justice. Great location, walking distance to a few a bars, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend to anyone and hope to stay here again!

We enjoyed being in the Menlo Park area. It's close to the streetcar and downtown Tucson. The home is lovely. However, we kept seeing large roaches in the guest bathroom, which was disgusting.

I had to wash my sheets, there was hair, and a blood spot on them.
Stock the kitchen for people, at least have some coffee for them.
Have better directions as to where things are and how to use the dishwasher.

We enjoyed a girlfriend get together and loved this space. Great space to gather, but also plenty of room to have private space. There are places to eat and shop within easy walking distance and the SunLink stops just around the corner. We enjoyed the decor, modern conveniences and quiet nights. Plus, a spacious private garage that fit our friend's large pick-up!

I thought I sent in a review last year when I first stayed here. I don't see it, so I am doing another one. I just booked 8 days in this magical GEM, so I believe that says it all.
This home is beautiful inside, outside and the location is perfect. The space, the design, the decor, the kitchen, the beds, the garage, the space for friends and the space for peace and quiet. I have fallen in love and will never ever stay anywhere else in Tucson when this GEM is available.

This was our first visit to Tucson and Menlo Magic truly delivered a great first impression. The house is gorgeous. The photos don’t fully capture how warm and inviting the interior is. There are so many little details and beautiful finishes that capture the Southwestern spirit so perfectly. The gourmet kitchen was well stocked and very functional. The location was so fun in that you could walk to amazing restaurants and shops within two blocks of this home. We loved exploring the nearby Mercado and grabbing sushi and cocktails at the MSA Annex. We will absolutely return!

We have been to Tucson many times, but we are almost always camping. We were not, however, familiar with the Menlo Park area. We were initially concerned it might be noisy being so close to the freeway but the unit was very quiet. The upstairs bedrooms were separated by a fairly large lining area providing a nice buffer between the bedrooms. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably well stocked. The decor was very inviting. We really enjoyed exploring the nearby Mercado and restaurants in the downtown area. A wonderful location.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was excellent and the property itself was stunningly beautiful. It is walking distance to places to eat, a coffee shop and patio (these places were dog friendly too!) We had a great time and look forward to returning. Thank you for a memorable time away!
My only recommendation would be to include more blankets for chilly December nights. We had brought our own additional blankets so it wasn’t a problem!
I highly recommend staying at Menlo Magic, you won’t regret it!

Great location (nearby public market, shops and tram), safe neighborhood, clean unit with high-end appliances, decor', art and furniture. Host was very responsive to text messages.
Only caveat: If you plan to do significant in-unit cooking, you should know that the unit has very limited supplies. Examples: no foil, sandwich bags, tupperware and oils and seasoning.
Related: toiletries are also limited. Example: One 1 oz. shampoo container per bathroom, limited soap and no dryer sheets and no hand lotion.
No instructions for TV either.
Other than these caveats, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The cleanliness of the home is a five star rating, the location was close to U of A, the community surrounding Menlo Magic is esthetically beautiful and the surrounding coffee shops and eateries were AMAZING 🤩

Exactly as pictured. Clean, comfortable and we liked the location, very quiet. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. A big plus is the garage if you have a vehicle. We took advantage of the washer and dryer which was so convenient. Very impressed and would stay there again. For reference we are 60+ and with our adult son.

Menlo Magic is a beautiful property - the photos are accurate - but the home is even more charming in person. Its very thoughtful amenities made for a completely comfortable and enjoyable stay. Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home, it was spotlessly clean and well decorated. Ugg blankets. Everything was great quality. Check in was easy and we were able to get in a bit early which was nice because we arrived early with a lot of luggage. There is a market/ food hall type place within walking distance with sushi, a cute coffee shop, Mexican food and shops. The communication with management was fabulous, I already booked another place thru Vacasa a couple months from now.

Perfect Staycation
This spot is perfectly located in the heart of downtown, yet it feels quiet and remote. It's next to the Mercado and MSA Annex which is all you really need for food and shopping. But, if you want to explore downtown you can just hop on the streetcar.
