My stay here was seamless from check in to check out! The unit was extremely clean and Larry, the owner, was available if I needed anything (which I didn’t!)
I’d recommend this to friends and family…as well as come back myself on another trip!

This condo is very luxurious and has everything you’ll need. All of the appliances are new and quality. The view is great. The beds are comfortable. The floor was relatively quiet even though we were there for spring break. It was a good value for being so close to the beach. the resort fee includes two beach chairs with umbrella. We were very happy we chose Larry’s condo.

We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful Condo that is tastefully decorated and has high quality appliances, bedding, towels, etc. This unit is the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in!

Three of us stayed in this beautiful, well furnished condo for four days and loved it. Check in and out was very easy and our host Larry was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. The views from the living areas and balcony were spectacular and the location was perfect for access to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We hope to be back soon!

Great condo. Fully equipped. Clean. Huge balcony with comfy furniture and views of both the intercoastal waterway and the ocean. Good restaurants and two pools on the prperty and great location to other restaurants, bars and shopping. The owner met us at checki-in to aquaint us with appliances, good restaurants and the area in general. Wonderful vacation!!

We stayed here for a multi-generational girls trip to Fort Lauderdale Beach. My mom (60s), daughter (3), and I (30s) enjoyed the condo and location! Communication with the owner before the trip was great and he met us to get checked in. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Nice balcony and view of Fort Lauderdale and the ocean. The location is walkable to several restaurants. There is a beach playground not too far away for little ones. We stayed during peak "spring break" for college students, so having the "resident" pool (in addition to the hotel pool) was nice to have a quieter setting.

The property owner, Larry, is a fantastic guy who is very accommodating and hospitable. Our flight was canceled and Larry was able to accommodate the change without any issues. The property is clean and the unit is well appointed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a carefree stay.

An absolute fantastic stay!!
Very close to beach - 1-2 minute walk after leaving the W. Access to umbrellas and chairs. Plenty of restaurants (variety) w/n walking distance. Great set-up with nice beds, linens, super equipped kitchen, long balcony, quiet neighbors. Would stay here again, no doubt.

Definitely recommend - beautiful and right on the beach!
The beds were amazing, super comfortable and the kitchen is modern. Loved having my coffee on the balcony every morning overlooking the ocean. The private pool was an added bonus and the resort itself is great. I will be back-this time was for work, and next time will be a girls weekend. Two bedrooms/2 bath--excellent location. This place has it all!

Great place!
We loved it. More than comfortable. Exactly as listed. Our only “complaint” was we didn’t realize the included beach chairs/umbrella were first come first serve - since it was a holiday weekend they went really fast. Having access to the residence pool was a huge plus as well as the hotel pool was a mob scene!

Home away from home
We just returned from our stay at this property and have nothing but good things to say about it. Larry , the property manager , met us upon arrival and walked us thru. The accommodations are lovely and very up to date. The location is great and many restaurants are easy to walk to. The facility is very nice and the beach right across the street was perfect as well. You will be truly feel at home in this property.

Gorgeous property
Beautiful condo with a large balcony and picturesque ocean view! The property is exactly as pictured. There are 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom and access to the balcony. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and is fully stocked. Cleaning supplies are also a available. There’s a washer and dryer in the master. The sectional in the living room is very large with a pull out sofa. The resort itself is top of the line with 2 pulls and several bars and restaurant. Beach and pool chairs do get claimed quickly so it’s best to get out by 9am. Larry., the property owner was easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. We highly recommend this VRBO!

Sleek furnishings perfect for a modern high rise condo on the beach. We loved our stay here. The condo is very well stocked with extra towels and incidentals. Larry was very responsive and took care of anything we needed very promptly.

Absolute perfection!
We had an amazing time staying at Larry’s condo. The unit is beautiful and incredibly well stocked. Larry communicated with us to ensure that check in went smoothly and we were happy in the unit. It’s the best of all of the amenities of a hotel but privacy of an apartment. We were able to walk everywhere and will definitely be coming back again soon.

Impromptu Ft Lauderdale Visit
The property and experience were both first rate. The unit was exactly as represented and the owner Larry was there to greet us and orient us to the unit, the hotel and related amenities and the entertainment/dining alternatives in the area. The room and view were amazing! Larry was an outstanding host. Room was clean, stocked and ready to just let you relax. K-cups and espresso pods were complimentary which was a fantastic touch. The hotel itself was amazing! 2 pools, one for the residence side, which was quiet and intimate, the other was the hotel pool, also amazing, busier, but still a great atmosphere, especially for adults. We have 4 kids and needed a getaway weekend, this was perfect. The hotel restaurants were all great and the living room was perfect for relaxing at night with a drink and live music. Wasn't too loud but quality was perfect. We didn't want to leave. If you are looking for a couples getaway, look no further!

Great place and value
Really nice place in a great location on the beach (quieter section of Ft Lauderdale). Most things in the condo seemed new and it was very well appointed. Had everything you needed including laundry detergent. Had view of both the ocean and intercostal. Great value for a 2BD at the W. Also has a really nice pool w/ bar, nice bar in the lobby and El Vez restaurant is great. The owner Larry was very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend.
