It was nice and clean only promblem had to ask for a microwave the was no microwave in the room

We were put in a handicap accessible room and I am 6’ 4” so the shower head was shoulder height! We were told there were no other rooms available! Also we were lead to believe we would receive breakfast at no charge.We will not return

This was a very nice hotel. Great area close to other businesses. The front desk and restaurant staff was pleasant. I did use the fitness center which had good equipment for a decent workout. The restaurant area was cool, food was delicious and the server was very nice. My only issues were that I paid for a king bed and got 2 queen beds instead. They didn't even advise me of any room change at the front desk, so I called from my room and was told there were no kings available. I didn't make a huge deal about it BUT at the same time, I'd like to get what I pay for. Also, there was no microwave in the room do I had to eat cold leftovers. Other than those things, I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are not spacious. The fridge was very tiny and nothing could fit inside. No microwave in the room

Asked for coffee refills as I still had two mornings left. Front desk said they would send up. Never did.

Facilities were good. The bar was great, as most are usually not. The room clearly has a water leak in the stack behind the tub, you may want to look into that.

Only stayed one night but really enjoyed it. Great Staff!

Weather was great! Front desk was friendly and helpful. I like that it wasn't too far from the beach.

Staff were very good. We had to change our room due to an issue with the faucet in the bathroom. We were accommodated in minutes.

The cold breakfast that you order that’s supposed to be hot should be free! The food is not worth paying for.

This stay was during a conference that was being held at the hotel ALSO during graduation weekend and there was no restaurant available for lunch on Saturday which led to having to leave the property and fight grad traffic to find food. Suggest you staff restaurant next year if this occurs. Food for thought (pun intended).

My refrigerator had mold in it and all I was told was sorry. I had to throw my food away. The food at the restaurant did not have any flavor and service was slow.

Very clean some guests were really loud at like 1:30 in the am but it didn’t take away from the experience. I’d recommend this place.

The restaurant inside the hotel

First, the check-in staff was not friendly or courteous. As a Marriott's rewards members, I was not given any offer or accommodation on room preference as provided in my profile. The staff member said the hotel is not owned by Marriott and do not follow Marriott's programs or rules. Second, the check-in staff said that no Marriott rewards points would not be allowed because I booked the reservation through Expedia rather than directly with the hotel. I did not know there was a penalty for booking a reservation through Expedia.com. Third, I was given a room on the ground floor, where there were lots of noise late at night and early morning making it difficult to sleep. I will not stay at this hotel in the future or recommend anyone to stay there.

I loved that there was easy access to the convention center, where my events were held. Loved the availability of dining options in the hotel and the food was good and affordable.

It’s a nice hotel. I didn’t like that the glasses I’m my room were filthy. Not water spots but not clean.

There was a small mixup with the room when I arrived but the front desk cleared it up promptly. Expedia lists these rooms as being soundproof but that wasn’t the case. I could hear everything, including arguments, coming from the surrounding rooms and just outside the door, in the hallway. Also I woke up and there was a bug that looked a lot like a bed bug on the carpet just at the foot of the bed. I took pictures and showed the front staff. They said they would have pest control come out the next day and someone would call me. I have not received a call as of yet, and this was two days ago.

So nice to have a restaurant and bar on the premises since there is nothing remotely nearby!!
