Lots of things to do around the harbor but the lake view is not worth the money.

The hotel was very convenient and within walking distance to many venues. Being on the waterfront was pleasant, too. The Brigatine (correct?) restaurant was very good for breakfast choices and serving staff were pleasant and helpful. The part that "irked" me most was a security deposit that was actually charged to my card. When I called to have it cleared staff did not care and stated it would be gone in 5 days. Well, in five days my credit statement went through and INCLUDED the security deposit, and I am still waiting a credit 2 months later. NOT IMPRESSED! Not nice to the clients and careless with people's credit! When checking in, be aware of the "security" deposit and insist it is not charged!!! Consider me a pissed off client that will never go back again to fall for that bullsh#t!! I have been to many hotels and they don't pull crap like that, for a good reason! Because like their reputation and want return clients!!

Great view , great experience

The staff at this hotel was more than accommodating. They did everything like you were their most important guest. The property had everything: restaurants, bar, breakfast, coffee shops, exercise options, bicycles: you needed it, they had it! We will stay again!

We had a wonderful stay, room 1019 had a beautiful view of the water. So close to the ferry, to take to the Toronto islands, which the most beautiful park like setting I’ve ever seen. It offers so much! From beach to bikes to water to picnic to splash pad and amusement park, restaurants and bike rentals. A must for your to do list! My house keeper, Elizabeth Grant, must have spotted a birthday bag that I had in my room, she surprised me with the nicest plate of birthday sweets. Very thoughtful, made my day! There is a kitchen market right across the street that is open 24/7, always great to pick up some fresh fruit. Our buddy Oliver /concierge? Hooked us up with lots of great info on the area and getting around. They have a beautiful outdoor lounge area, my husband and I stayed out there watching the stars, planes and feeling the breeze, I did not want to leave! If I were to change anything at all, I would have locking, solid doors on the bathroom. A microwave would be nice also. They do have a mini fridge, it is a pet friendly hotel, I wasn’t sure how that would be, but they must manage it quite well. No signs or sounds of any pets barking. The room we stayed in suitor be newly remodeled, very tasteful, huge tv! Great shower!

My family and I loved the location close to all entertainment areas of Toronto.

It is in a great location on the Toronto Harbour. We were able to walk everywhere in downtown. It’s a nice enough hotel, although there was an annoying noise every night (we figured that it was coming perhaps from the elevators.) The tv channels never worked properly, even after several attempts from staff. Food was good but it took a very long time to be delivered. We did let the reception know and they were kind enough to give us a discount on the food. They have Alfonso on the top floor, which is a Michelin restaurant, unfortunately we didn’t have time to sample it. Overall I would recommend The Westin.

The staff at the front desk were so friendly and a pleasure to deal with. A beautiful hotel with too many amenities to write down. My wife and I along with are friends totally loved the experience.

Accessibility to property via pedestrian is less than ideal. As a geriatric person with severe asthma I found the stairs difficult and even entering thru the parking area was a steep incline. Should consider escalators.

The rooms were recently renovated and were very modern. Our room had a fridge and we were able to request a microwave, which was delivered to our room within 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the property. It was a 10 minute walk to Union Station to access the subway and a 15 minute walk to the CN Tower. There were several restaurants within walking distance and several right on the harbor. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. Staff was friendly and the property was clean and well maintained.

No parking on-site. Boilers were off so no heat in the rooms. Arrived late but still no room was available. They said they would give us a $25 credit to use for food due to inconvenience, but when I checked my receipt it wasn't on there. They did correct that after I let them know.

There was some construction noise during the day which wasn’t enjoyable. The room and pool facilities were wonderful! My son enjoyed the basketball court as well. All staff was very friendly and overall, it was a great stay.
