Property has nice features and amenities. However the staff isn’t great, reliable or helpful. The beach crew is great. One bartender at 3030 was also great. The spa staff wasn’t that friendly. Supposed to have drink and food service at the private spa pool, and didn’t. Worker didn’t show for shift, wasn’t replaced by anyone - so you had to walk about 400 yds through the lobby to another pool area to get anything. Really devalued the spa area and experience. The sea level bar had awful service. Slow, inattentive, unfriendly. Dining options are decent though food and drink wise. The location is not walkable go anywhere else. Have to drive out or take an Uber. Fire pits weren’t lit ever, spa doesn’t offer champagne or any fun benefit. Rooms were nice. It’s a nice place overall, but the staff and execution brings it down. Oh and our room balcony was under construction, so we couldn’t use our ocean front balcony at all. No warning this would be an issue when booking. They have a us a credit for the inconvenience - but I would have booked elsewhere had I known that ahead of time.

Wonderful place…very spacious, attractive and clean. Loved the sweet housekeepers and front desk. Bartenders could drop the attitude a little.

Loved the fact that you can walk out of the hotel and be on the beach.

We were on our 20th year of girls trips and thought the resort and spa was great and the staff very kind and helpful. Our only issue which was a big one, was the air conditioning was not working properly in 90 degree weather. The maintenance people were not able to resolve and we were given a small box fan. This was in a newly renovated 3rd floor ocean view, balcony room.

They didn’t inform us that the property was under construction when we booked. The pool was literally falling apart. The dining options were expensive and limited. We would have expected more feom the Marriott brand.

Great location. Staff was very friendly. The staff cleaning the bedrooms could do a better job. Overall, top notch. Staff around the pool and on the beach were extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend and return.

Me and my kids had a lot of fun there. We were upgraded to the ocenview room. Loved this place.

Nice location for a couple of nights before a cruise. We were able to walk a little bit south on the beach and see cruise ships leave. Pool area and staff was very nice. We didn’t have a car and food was very expensive on site so that was a little tricky, but overall a great place to stay!

I was very happy with the resort I just think it needs to be some renovation on the rooms but other than that was a nice day they were doing some construction, so it was a little loud during the day, but I really like the activity on the ocean for the kids and very easy location for shopping and restaurants

Self parking of $49.00 per day is outrageous! When driving to a resort to stay for a week you don’t expect to be charged $49.00 per day on top of resort fee, taxes and other fees!

Loved this hotel - such a great idea to have no carpets in the rooms (you could see it was clean). My tween loved the pool area and we enjoyed the dining experience. We will be back!

The female receptionist of the front desk was rude and wasnt willing to assist us for check-in, instead she made us wait by stating she was giving priority to the "guests" which means she didnt consider us as guests. Terrible first impression for us trying to do check-in.

This hotel is amazing. As a family we made such great memories here and I hope we can go back soon.

There was a significant amount of construction on the rooms directly beneath our original room. This construction was made public to those looking to book rooms after we had made our reservation in February, however, and the staff set us up in another oceanfront room the day after checking in. The staff were courteous and the beach and pool areas were magnificent. We all had a good time, and would visit again.

The staff and facility made the vacation feel like a private getaway.

Property largely ok but not ideal for families with small children. When we arrived we were in a room right underneath large drilling taking place. When we complained reception said it would be lovely in June 2025 when we come back to visit, not ideal when on holiday in July 2024. They kindly found us another room. The outside bar which serves food has a limited menu and food not great. Chicken wings were very gristly and fatty and salad very basic. 3030 restaurant inside was very good so would recommend avoid outside food and come in. Overall it’s very expensive food and drink for what we felt wasn’t worth the price.

Hotel grounds are beautiful with plenty of activities to choose from with a beautiful beach and pool to relax and enjoy the fun.
