Cannot recommend this place. While there were dirty spots throughout our room, the cherry on top was a hair extension we found on the chair at the dining table. While she understood our concerns and was nice, the hotel staff didnt approve us being reimbursed for that night when we moved out early the next day. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was in large bottles in the shower which is fine but they were just plastic bottles with homemade labels and three colors of liquids. Who knows what was in there. Breakfast was bad, too. Super disappointed. Left in tears.

Broken towel holder in one bath , broken soap dish with fragments in other bathroom, missing sheets for pullout, no pillows for pullout, not clean , .missing hdmi cable until they came to replace. Ran out of tp . They didnt put an extra roll in the bathroom, Next room door didnt shut properly had to really make sure u pushed it closwd, 3rd room door took 3x everytime to unlock. Locking mechanism was going, no sheets for pullout in room 3 either , had to wait for wash to be done to get a set. No pillows, soap dispenser in shower half way worked.

Very pleasant room, spacious and clean. Good breakfast included.

We were really impressed with the Sonesta. Kind of no-frills, but extremely clean and quiet. I would have loved better pillows, but the bed was comfy and the bathroom was immaculate. The whole suite was, really. Well done! We would definitely go back again.

The place is very comfortable. The stairs are not very clean but the rooms, reception, pool and dining room are very clean. The employees are very helpful. I liked my stay.

Outside and hallways smelled horribly of Marijuana. Carpet in hallways and inside our rooms were old and stained. Beds were adequate. We were in a suite. Stove. Fullsize refrigerator were fine. Many outside doors were held open by rocks. Pool was only open from noon until 8pm. Workoutroom had 1 elliptical and 2 treadmills. Some handweights. On the heavier side. I assume the smaller handweights that were missing were stolen.

Staff was amazing, room was clean (outdated but for the price I wasn’t expecting super modern) breakfast was much better than expected, gym was super small …. Only bad thing was the awful smell of dog poop the second you opened the windows or walked out of the building… it was really bad .. we have a dog at home but this was beyond & didn’t go away the entire stay … I’m sure it was from guest’s not picking up or a sick dog not sure what can really be done on the hotels side to fix it

The front desk personnel was very pleasant and efficient, however that is the beginning and the end of my positive experience. My husband and I were traveling with our 2 young grandchildren for a mini-vacation. When we drove around to the section of the building were our accommodations and parked, we were immediately greeted with the strong smell of smoke. There was a lot of litter in the hallways, the elevator reeked with a stale bad odor. Our room was nearly 80 degrees, the furnishings and floor covering were dated, very worn and stained. the entire room was dirty and dank. My husband and I looked at each other and knew we weren't staying, We turned around with the kids and put them back in the car and I immediately returned to the front desk. I explained the situations said we would be checking out and I would like a refund. This is like less than 15 minutes after checking in.. I was offered alternate room, which I declined. If management couldn't keep up one area to the point that it was deplorable what would make another room different? remainder of the property definitely not worst 356.40 I ever lost in under 20 minutes. Expedia customer service helpful, they are trying to get refund from Sonesta ES for me, I surely hope so.

The staff were great! The property was not as it looked in the photos at all. We were there for 6 nights and we had someone bring towels or collect garbage, nothing.

As I opened the door to my room a pungent smell of cigarettes greeted me like a slap in the face. I did not expect the unappealing setting that met me. The room was so dusty my husband and son started sneezing immediately! I was already disappointed by the short walk to the building my room was in and the walk in the lobby. Everything is outdated and looked unclean. Inside the room the tv didn't work, there was no toilet paper, and there was no wifi. When I returned to the front desk the lady laughed and said,"I'm alone here". I thankfully brought my own disinfectants and proceeded to clean the toilet and the tabletops. The bed was not hotel crispy and it's usually at an upscale hotel. I checked the bed for bedbugs and when I failed to see any went to bed. My sleep was disturbed by the itching I felt all night. Although I didn't have bites I can bet there was something on there. The pool was murky and seemed like it wasn't cleaned in a while. This place had free breakfast but we didn't bother. If the rooms were kept in that condition I can only imagine the food. For the price I paid it was not worth it. The worst $325 I've wasted ever!!!

Check in terrible took 30 minutes after a 14 hour drive. Room ok but had a weird smell. Door kinda odd as well. Hard to open and shut. Not sure the dead bolt worked

Had 2 Giant Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms Clean Room but 1999 Air condition needed a Filter change.....air would somtimes smell like Dog Urine No Bugs......No Dirt on Floor

2 Bedrooms and 2 Full baths were great very large Hotel is very old when air conditioned came on.......air smelled like Dog Pee for 10 minutes

Place is outdated, and room was rough in general, cleanliness was bad Breakfast was good and people at reception/breakfast as well Paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1 Ps: unfortunately doesn't allow me to load pictures to back up my feedback

The photos make it look much nicer than I felt it was. I was pretty disappointed.

Check in was peasant and handled quickly. Very spacious, clean room. The breakfast offered plenty of options. The kitchen in our room needs to be restocked. We had one drinking glass and the utensils were down to one salad fork, one spoon, two butter knives and two steak knives.

Will not stay here again. Arrived at 3:45 pm and was told I would be charged $15 fee for checkin before 4 pm. They also charge a $5 parking fee per night on top of room charge. $2.50 for small off brand bottled waters. Feels like owner is trying to nickel and dime guests. Rooms are “clean” enough, but everything is stained and dingy from carpets to furniture . Don’t look too hard or you will find greasy food remnants and an old hair comb in the warming drawer of oven and an old beer cap in the sofa cushions. Mildew on the shower curtain. Screens on windows shredded and flapping in the wind like some kind of post apocalyptic scene. One pot in the full kitchen, nothing else to cook with. Halls and elevator carpet are atrocious and smell musty and like cigarette smoke. No linens for pull out sofa bed in room. When I called at 7pm, I was told the linens were in the laundry and they would be ready in an hour and a half. They should have been ready at check in. No blankets on beds, only thin coverlets. Cops were called to the property several times. The overall feel is shabby and shady. Did not feel comfortable or safe. Feels like a sinking ship. Room rates are too high for the conditions. The positives: comfortable mattresses, spacious room, we enjoyed the breakfast, pleasant staff.

Could be cleaner.

It was fair, wouldve been better if there were enough towels, toilet paper (2 adults, 3 children) in a 2 bedroom suite. Disappointed housekeeping is noblonger daily. Between the condition of the carpet ( pet stains) and smell entering the room, it was evident pets are allowed on the premises. Oh yeah, pool was closed... on a beautiful Memorial Day Weekend. Doubt I will stay in this one again.

The cool lady and night time manager was amazing and helpful

You pay $5/night for parking when there was plenty of spaces available. Just another way to buckle and dime the customer. The telephone in the room did not work, so every time I needed the front desk I had to walk to it. There were no linens in the room for the pull out sofa bed. I had issues with the key card. First it wouldn’t open the door to the building my room was in; and once they fixed that it didn’t open the room door so I had to walk back to the front desk to fix it a second time. It’s located in the back of an unsafe section of town. The room was spacious. I’m not sure that I would choose the place a second time. It was very empty for a holiday weekend

Sufficient Loitering around grounds was suspect

No hangers. TV did not work. Breakfast was very poor. My room was assigned to another party and they came in when I was changing. The front door of the buildong had a broken key reader (we had to take the side door)

This property hasn't had any TLC in more than 10 years. That's too long when you allow dogs.

Front desk person rude. They charge for parking when you already paid for the room. That was not mentioned anywhere in the hotel description. Breakfast was horrible. People leave their trash in the hallways.
