I was truly impressed with Arabella Azur. The architecture is in the traditional Coptic style, with domed ceilings above beds naturally making bedrooms cooler. The layout of the resort has a series of passageways that can be a little confusing at first, but mean you can stay out of the glaring sun when you choose and makes it not seem like a large scale resort. Their dive centre is excellent as is their hotel reef, with snorkelling just off the beach ideal. The food is dynamic and there are enough restaurants to choose from, so you don't get bored. Though as always, with All Inclusive, if you stick to one menu theme for each meal, rather than a bit of everything, every time, it will continue to surprise and delight. Above all, the staff are kind and friendly. The security at the main street front gate seems excessive, but offers you peace of mind. It's located within easy reach of the airport and the town, and there's a parade of shops inside the compound as well as another just outside the gates, so even if you like to stay put on a resort, you're covered. I like to give a balanced review, but to be honest, I really enjoyed my stay and can't think of anything that was bad. I hope you enjoy your stay too!

We had a somewhat noisy room near the main entertainment the first night (fortunately not repeated) and the bed was a little firm. Location is excellent with easy walks along the beech and into town. Great swimming with lots of fish direct from the beech. Food was ok but generally found food in Egypt to be uninspiring so no worse than others. Dining room had great view of the sea as did our room. Great pools though the large one was VERY cold. Lots of facilities on site but some closed as out of season.

Everyone should pat them self on there back. The medical clinic was outstanding, had to use them and very professional and caring.

Arabella is a very nice hotel, they have very clean and good facilities. There are a lot of options for families with children and also young people.
The service is fine. The personable are kind and the cleaning is good as well.
The food could be much better.

The all inclusive is not as you imagine, the snacks are terrible, the bars only serve few drinks that available for your *all inclusive*. The nightmare is that the bars close at 12 am
So basically, the all inclusive is not as what you would expect, the property is not clean as it should be and the staff were not very friendly

The sea is wonderful. The hotel is good. It lacks some things. The food is good, but it lacks variety. The desserts are very bad. Some of the staff have provocative responses. The animation is very good overall. The hotel is beautiful, but needs improvement.

On arrival there was a 40%increase on priced quoted not including the 27%tax. Had to find another hotel last minute. The notified that Americans and Egyptians did not qualify for the price quoted.

Lovely white domes and attractive features, it is by far the nicest place I saw in Hurghada. The staff are excellent. The food was good, I liked the Grill restaurant overlooking the sea, it had a slightly run down beach hut look which added to its charm, the staff were friendly and greeted everyone like old friends, which they probably are, I met one woman who had been 17 times. The views are lovely, you can stroll, chose a place to sit or use the pools. It is easy to get to Hurghada town but a nice distance away. The property is highly favoured by German guests. As a lone female guest I can say this is the best hassle free hotel I have stayed in in Hurghada. I booked a double bed, at first they tried giving me a twin he changed when I said no. This is the only minor quibble I can think of to say. The room cleaner, waiters and reception staff were a cut above your usual staff. Will be back.

Nice hotel for inclusive. I’m not big on all inclusive places but they have went above my expectations. They have their own coral reef, surf arena and aqua arena for diving. Everyone is very friendly.

Superb in almost every resepct, exotic, clean and plenty to do in a great location. I dived at the on-site dive resort (Blue Water). My apartment was incredible with a cozy private balcony facing the sunrise over the red sea. All food (including daytime snacks) and drinks (including cocktails) as well as many activities were included with two good pools and three separate beaches. Value for money was perfect. Only problem was standard of food and kitchen hygene - I was not the only person who got food poisining (maybe from the catering on the resort's boats). And don't expect much from the wifi - its only OK for basic emails at reception.
