Even given the low price it is a poor experience. My room did not even have a chair, nor a wastebin. To get towels I had to ask at the reception.

The place is garbage but for the price and no hassle stay..it beats staying out in the Arizona heat. But it the worse place stay. There's no clean linen, if u want a towel to dry off with after showering in the filthy shower then it's gonna cost u a $10 deposit. For it to be catering to extended Stay patrons, they do not have microwaves or fridges in the rooms. The ice machine doesn't work , the doors do not have security locks and the curtains had huge holes . Terrible hotel!!!

I can honestly say that I feel extremely safe here. Security is amazing and so is all the staff. They do there best to keep up with the property.

LAYED ON TOP OF WALL LIGHT FIXTURE. WALLS WERE DINGY, UNREPAIRED. NO TOWEL RODIN BATHROOM. NO TOWEL. NO WIFI. TV DID NOT WORK. WINDOW SHADE SEVERELY MOTH EATEN. WINDOW DIRTY. NO FRIDGE. NO MICROWAVE. OLD DRESSER DAWERS MARKED UP. BATH SINK HAD MANY RUSTY CRACKS IN IT. THE DRAIN WAS RUSTED THOROUGHLY. LOUD BANGING ON ROIF AT ALL HOURS. PEOPLE HANGING OUT OUTIDE THE DOOR FAR TO MANY TIMES TOO LONG. BUGS EVERYWHERE. BED UNSTABLE, FRUMPY. BED SHEETS UNCLEAN, STAINED. TWO DEEP GOUGES IN CEILING. BATHROOM FLOOIR TILE DINGY. ...AND I COULD GO ON.

I was expecting a modest hotel, but it could be improved in terms of conditions and cleanliness, and the staff was friendly.

The staff here are very kind and reasonable the management is super awesome and they care and take of what they need to. The housekeeper work hard and they always helped me when I needed anything we will definitely spread the word very affordable but yet clean

This place is the most disgusting place ive ever been.you have to check out at 10:30, no trash can in the room, toilet paper, have to ask for towels in the front that are yellow and disgusting.no soap beds are crooked uncomfortable , apart from the amenities the staff are methed out and high while checking you in. They have security passing by like prison gaurds every 10 mins. Cant have visitors after a certain time and saw security standing outside of someones door listening. Disgusting creepy and infested with drugs and crime.

Quiet was good and I noticed no shower curtain no towels no lamp shades no trash can and Blanket had burn stains in a room I booked no smoking and blankets to thin I did enjoy the TV I wish I had more time to stay

For a cheap south side stay they were very nice, patient with me, everyone minds their own business, super quiet, and I am overall satisfied with this motel. Out of all the motels in the southside area I would continue to choose this one.

Everything was great

Staff was helpful and pleasant. Bedsheets and towels need to be replaced. Otherwise, it was pleasant.
