Please make your towels are cleaned properly. It smells bad.

There was a kitchen but no detergent or cleaning supplies, so we dare not use the cutlery and tableware

Old and very unkept hotel. Very embarrassing.... Check in at you own risk.

As to the location: It’s ok just near to we where to go, however we are disappointed of the cockroaches rooming around mostly at the comfort room

What I don't like is I stay 6 days but I only have 1 towel I request but nothing until I go out and the sink is clog

The room given to me was dated and had small cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. The next morning I asked to be transferred and the staff transferred me to a room which is bigger and cleaner, but the room still had cockroaches in it. Guests should note the hotel staff are not available from midnight until 8 in the morning. There were a couple of times that I called the staff at the front desk during regular hours but nobody was answering.

The staffs were nice. I came so early but they gave me a room. Wifi is good. Room is ok. Not so clean. The AC was so noisy. I could not sleep.

well my wife and I enjoyed the biillards/pool area, the staff was very good in helping any concerns we had.....and as always the staff was friendly and polite. the only thing I didn't quite appreciate was the rental of the water kettle, I think it was far too high , could have bought a new one for the week we stayed there...

liked the location, did not like the smelly building and slow elevators

Leaking toilet basin. No basic amenities like slippers and toothbrush/paste.

we have an enjoyable stay for the first time in this hotel... family-friendly. except for limited availability of elevators especially when more guests are coming in.

WiFi doesn't work. No free bottled water no hot water shower. Beds can feel the springs. Elevator waiting average 30 minutes. Facilities not as describe as everything is under maintaomamce or spoilt. Very run down. Definitely a waste of money.

I didnt like the place at all. The toilet was clogged and the units and bldg itself has a certain smell.

Nothing really special about this hotel. The staffs tried really hard to make the hotel spic and span. But, alot of their guests are making too much noise, spits on the floor and doesn’t know how to respect other guests and staffs as well. First time to see a post in a hotel stating a fine for spitting on the floor. I thought, everyone should not be spitting inside any building. Anyway, I’m not sure if I’d stay in this place again. Not because of the staffs, but because of the kind of guests they accept in their hotel.

Elevators are so slow to arrive, no milk for coffee and only one tea bag for the room. Loved the cookies.

I booked the room last minute and arrived there just a few minutes after booking it. The front desk lady told us to wait for 30-45 minutes and we did. When I came back to ask if its ready the first thing that came out of this lady’s mouth was “you booked last minute, next time book in advance so you can have the room ready”. I was in shock because I work in the same industry as her and from my experience I will never say nor be allowed to talk to guests that way, its rude. On top of that, the key card didn’t work the first time and we were on the 26th floor. We had to come back down and up again just for it, total inconvenience. Also, our room smelled like cigarettes and to think that it took them an hour to let us in? Unbelievable.

The front desk officer is not accommodating. They are chatting nonsense with their own subject and do not priorities check in clients like me. They even send me a hard copy mail reminder of my checked out time as early as 6:00AM.

The hotel was in good condition but room was small, bathroom was very small and tv on wall was crooked on the wall mount and staticky. Also no early check in and have to wait until 2 PM.

very happy with the place and amenities. wifi is great free parking. yummy breakfast that my kids like. overall its wonderful

I like the service and the location

Stay was good but they did not extend the free breakfast buffet for 4 pax even if it was in the booking voucher. Unfortunately, at the time of check in and stay I had no copy of my booking voucher. The front desk staff merely said that breakfast was not included and did not bother to check too.
