It’s very bad hotel and bad service and rude staff

The stay was good until the last day. I left my luggage with the front desk for an hour and when I came back, they couldn't find my luggage. They gave my luggage to someone else and would not do anything further than that. They promised to look at the cameras but one week after me calling them asking about my case, nothing new occurred, and they are still investigating. I will never stay here again

The room ready at 20:30 I was waiting all the time to give me my room. Bad service , late check in , rood staff , unorganized.

Excellent facility @ 4 star ranking. Courteous staff with english language. Comfortable & clean rooms with all in-room services perfectly working.Regular shuttle service to HARAM.Absolutely deserve 4 star ranking.

Hotel 10km away from Kaba Sharif. They have drop off and pick up shuttle service. But u have to take taxi back mostly. Hotel inside is just fine for the value. Restaurants & grocery around the area. Hotel reception was slow, but it’s a norm in Saudi Arabia generally. It’s definitely not a 4 Star Hotel , but clean enough to stay.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations. The only downside is the shuttle bus which drops off far from Haram. I only took the shuttle once then I've been taking shared taxi from the main road for 5 riyals it drops you right next to the Haram entrance. On the way bank take Hafil bus and get off at the Noori Market. Fast and convenient especially in Ramadan when prices are sky high in hotels closest to the Haram.

Very good hotel but around 5-6km away from Haram, Hotel got excellent bus service but it's hammered by haram security trafic controls you need taxi to haram can't walk... Hotel is excellent housekeeping team is one of the best I have seen in any hotel amazing, check in is fast and professional... Food wise you got Al baik around 5 mins away few other Turkish food places noori supermarket across the main road (if you wana play the chicken game then cross it by road otherwise there is a overhead crossing much safer)

Nice hotel at reasonable prices

Check-in process was OK. My room access card was not working on the 2nd day, when I went to the reception, they quickly fixed it.The hotel is clean. It is far from Haram. They have bus service but they are forced to take longer route which takes from 20 to 30 minutes while a taxi can take you to Haram in 10 minutes. While coming from Haram after Taraweeh, I felt like it is better to wait for the bus in the Bus Parking Area although you may have to wait for a bit longer. Taxis to go back to Hotel immediately after Taraweeh can be quite expensive especially on weekend nights.
