The hotel is exceptionally comfortable, with hidden details thoughtfully touched. It beautifully incorporates local culture with books and decorations to inspire one who stays. The attentive staff enhance the experience nicely. The Envoy restaurant offers great variety and quality, making it a fantastic value.

I enjoyed my stay at The Pottinger. Love the location and accessibility. Staff may lack some experience and knowledge but they are genuinely helpful and attentive. The furniture does need an upgrade, both quality and structure. All in all, I would definitely consider staying again at the Pottinger. I stayed at the Signature Suite and I have my eyes set on the Pottinger Suite next time :)

The location of the hotel is great, but the traffic in central can be overwhelming. The room was clean and tidy, on the small side, but very useful. The service was good, can be even better!

Fantastic location and large room and bathroom for the basic level room. The lighting wasn't great in the bathroom for doing makeup.

i love the historical books inside the room. amazing.especially when i see the old pictures of pottinger street and look outside to the present pottinger street. its an interesting time travel experience.

I was there for business and the clean & quiet room allowed me to rest well for the hectic work the other day. The room is in good confition, staff members are polite and willing to help. I borrowed the steamer which works perfectly, saved my effort.

Very nice hospitality experience. Suyi from front desk is very friendly & nice. It’s my birthday staycation but I didn’t say anything. How very Suyi had show her warm birthday greeting upon check in & offered us the tasty macaroon. Much appreciated.
We had dinner in hotel restaurant-Gradini. All staff are nice & they treat every guests the same. Much appreciated it. Both food & environment are enjoyable.

We love staying here. This was our second time. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel decoration is quite beautiful and creates a calm and peaceful atmosphere. At some point, I needed a hair pin and one of the staff members actually gave hers to me which I thought was the swwtest gesture and nice touch of hospitality.
