Good location

Very convenient location to restaurants and Bars. Also close to Kowloon west station for people making a quick stop on there way to the mainland.

The hotel is in a convenient area and the room was fine but the wifi is terrible. It often disconnected and I had to login several times a day because I kept getting logged out. When I was connected, many times the connection was slow and unreliable.

Clean room, near shopping and restaurants area. Overall I'm satisfied with this place.

Clean room, free water 2bottle everyday. Staff ok. Near many restaurants. Near famous must eat in Hong Kong (Hashtag B, Master congee, red tea, fried Xiao Long Bao and many milk tea shop.

Second time in this hotel. Very nice and reason price

There was a very unfriendly girl at check in, also for another time when we had a question she was unfriendly. The others at the counter always friendly. Location is very good, room was small but enough to sleep. T

I couldn't wait to leave. The room was tiny, smelled like food all the time. Safe didn't work and they couldn't fix it. Towels had holes. Uncomfortable bed. Rude staff. I wouldn't stay in this place again even if it was free. A truly horrible week.

The wall was very very thin. We can hear people outside getting in & out of their rooms & the housekeeper when they move to the beds/chairs. The room was dusty and need better cleaning.

Great location, great price. Easy walk to MTR (subway). Lots of restaurants. Hotel is easy to walk past, but just look for the 7-11, it's right next door. Lots of restaurants close by. Not noisy at all, good-sized rooms. A bit strange that they provide coffee cups and a kettle in the room but no coffee or tea!

Dirty and not service of food

Stayed one night in one of the larger Premier Room with king bed. Room was good size with a large bathroom. Nice rainfall showerhead and good water pressure for refreshing after a long day out. My room was clean and quiet during the night. Hotel entrance is a little bit inconspicuous but nothing a Google map search with street view can't solve. Hotel location is great with transit, shopping and tons of restaurants literally just outside the doorstep. For this room I will stay in this hotel again.

No soap was at the tap, so it was difficult to wash hands and stuff. Room was too tiny to be comfortable. However, it was very clean and very good location at Tsim Sha Tsui.

Location is good, but that's about all this hotel has to offer. Rooms are tiny and the air con smelt really bad. Cleanliness is not great. Staff are not the friendliest. They charge a security deposit on check-in and are in absolutely no hurry to return this to you once you check out, I've been waiting almost three weeks now and nothing. My Emails to the hotel about this have gone unanswered, but Hotels.com have been in contact with them to chase it up on my behalf. My advise would be don't leave the hotel without getting confirmation your deposit has been refunded.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the price, but there is one big negative point. The problem is that there is no service to provide ice to the guest rooms.

The hotel is ok for a stay of couple of nights but there was a horrible smell of the toilet in the entire room. The smell of the toilet did not go away for all 4 days of my stay. It was very bothering. I suggest the hotel to get it fixed as soon as possible. If it's an old building they can put an automatic air fresher or something.

Room very small, piping issue with HK. The bathroom was with strong unpleasant smell. Front desk staff very unfriendly. Only plus was the location.
